I've just read about a weapon the government possesses called the V2S (Voice to skull). It's something that can cause people to hear voices and vibrate your muscles. It also makes you see images when you close your eyes clearly. Research about it. It sounds A LOT like Astral Projection. I'm just curious...could the "perps" be using this to make it seem like people are astral projecting? I, personally haven't astral projected yet so I wouldn't know. But would it be possible that if you do astral project, that's what's actually happening? Man...the more I learn, the more I don't want to be part of this society/humanity/etc anymore...

It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

This is just a suggestion but if anyone CAN astral project and ABSOLUTELY KNOW astral projection isn't the result of V2S, they should try to contact higher beings and ask them what we can do to stop this and/or every other Illuminati/etc problem. Share that info with people. Again, this is just a suggestion and all this could just be my imagination...
Never hurts to make sure of things though.

Is this not just a 'theory'?

http://www.voicetoskull.com/Perps.htm

I'm reading about it now and it all seems a little paranoid... also, the grammar on these sites is bit questionable. I mean... if someone is to convince me of a specific theory... they need to grasp the difference between 'there' and 'their' first.

It seems to me that the military would never put a website up talking about the development of some kind of mind control weapon so that sounds fishy to me.

I had read stories of using radar freq. and modulating it in a way to make people have fights .  I believe it was in the same book on the Montock project . I dont know if this is of the same teq. as this voice to skull or some thing completely different , but it has nothing to do with astral projection . This link is in a slightly different direction , but this lady thought a guy she knew in Russia was using his mind to create problems for her , putting thoughts in her head . http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/psychic-paranormal/53476-abuse-telepathy-channel.html   desert rat

There's far more than this old technology.
It can be adapted to prevent scintillating scotoma. A form of migraine, it's relatively easy too.
Eventually I'll build one and be a guinea pig. If it works well I'll be able to eat anything. Lots of others will too.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

This all falls into what is called psychological war fair .  Either a radio freq. is used or people use there minds to hurt others or make them to do something .  Some of what a guy that wrote some books on the Montauk project .  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montauk_Project  Its been many years since I read some of the books , but I remember a part where they used a radar freq. some where around 430 - 450 mhz ( police and fire radio freq now )      and pulse   modjulated by a square wave sig. It made people start fighting .  desert rat

Well, grammar/spelling isn't everything. And the writer still got the point across. It's the message that matters anyway.

@its_all_bad
It's still a possibility though. And I youtubed TI (targeted individuals) and saw that some people have their whole house covered in tin foil. Now why would anyone do that if that stuff wasn't true? All I'm saying is keep an open mind.

I found a website yesterday which allowed you to purchase it too but it was sold out lol

I have found some links on some of this .  Some of the links are selling stuff , I  would be care full in spending money on products like them .   Also I would not want to be scene in public wearing a foil hat . http://gbppr.dyndns.org/mil/mindcontrol/index.html  http://www.lonestarconsultinginc.com/free-mind-control-tutorial.htm  http://www.world-mysteries.com/sci_mindctrl2.htm http://www.quwave.com/defender.html  This may be for real , it could be b.s. desert rat

Delusions. To someone suffering from a delusion their behaviour is absolutely logical & makes complete sense, because to them it is very real, not matter how far out it seems to people on the outside. I'm not saying everyone who believes something out of the box is delusional, just saying delusions can make people do very odd things. I saw a documentary also, which I think someone posted on this forum maybe, about people who are effect by cell towers, wifi, etc & did have to layer certain parts of the house because the waves made them physically sick, head aches & such.

I think this weapon is rubbish though, I think 95% of things like this are rubbish. They do have a function though, they make people feel powerless & vulnerable, & that's always good if a minority want to keep a majority under the thumb.  :-) Or someone wants to sell you something!

It isn't everything.. it's not cheese nor is it a good night out. However, good grammar and spelling in an article that makes big claims goes a long way into showing a person can solidify and execute specific ideas. The message is a damp squib if it's not written well. If they can't be bothered to learn diction, grammar and correct spelling, how accurate is the information they are conveying?

True this has nothing to do with a.p. Are there weppons out there like this ? With the gov. spending $$$ on weppons who knows . Will spending $$$ for a device off a web site protect one   ? I dought it . desert rat

A sonic barrier has been released publically. It is basically sound and if you go into it you get out. You don't stay in it for long. Look it up if you're interested.
