I have seen lots of videos over the years depicting souls leaving the body. Here is a nice video that puts many of them in on one place. The video also discusses how this relates to astral projection. Pay particular attention to #5 at 20:20 which is filmed in Japan. Interesting how the soul sits up, which is also an astral projection technique to separate from the physical body. Of course there is always the risk that some are fake, but many are undoubtedly real.

Long ago I learned about the theory of Biocentrism. Though having an opened mind, I was fairly quick to discount it. The more I learn and experience of late, the more meaningful the theory is.
Linked below are two interesting videos. The first is short video on Biocentrism theory. The second is a bit longer and elaborates on the double slit experiment and a fascinating variation of it. It really points towards consciousness and mere observation impacting matter and the physical world as we know it. Consciousness's impact on the spiritual/metaphysical world was easier for me to accept, and grasp than its influence on the physical world. Even skeptics will raise eyebrows with the 2 scientific experiments in the second video, where just observation alone influences matter and the outcome.
The double slit experiment in quantum mechanics was pivotal to demonstrating that "matter" is only experienced while being observed - by the mind, consciousness, not simply the eyes. Energy in its native state exists as "waves". When observed, these wave forms" transiently "collapse" into particulate form known generally as "matter". When the observation is withdrawn, energy reverts back to its native waveform. This occurs at both a collective level and individual level which is why everything material exists as it does. Theoretically, if we withdraw observation of a particular "thing" large or small, it would instantly cease to be material until it is observed again. This generally does not occur because those material things are also being maintained by the conscious observations of others. Such observation does not need to be human either. The planet exists in its natural form as a conscious projection, observation of a higher Source. Quantum mechanics is of course still a human construct, a model which attempts to explain how energy relates to matter a quantum and local levels. Ultimately, all "matter" is an illusion which only exists due to conscious belief. This is why humans have the power to create and experience our own "reality" through focused observation, imagination backed by Belief.

Yes, I understand how the core of this theory that matter is only experienced when observing it, which is why I had such a difficult time processing this premise long ago. To me this takes the experiments elaborated on one step further and broadens things a bit. Walk into a room alone with no one else observing it, and the room materializes and takes shape just as we enter it. Leave the room, once again with no observers, an it dematerializes. Quite mind boggling as it appears directly related to all things manifestation.

Then there are the variants we can alter, let's call these the branches of the tree. This is where the power of the mind/consciousness comes in, manifestation, the theory of like attracts like. Others may have a different experience altogether and were successful at changing the trunk, which is no easy task. This is just what I have experienced with my life so it resonates strongly with me.
Many years ago my brother and I used to call Biocentrism theory "the wink in and wink out theory". Not dissimilar to a video game where there is not enough memory in a computer or the software design is such that the program only draws or creates what the gamer sees at a given time. The rest of the game's level is not rendered until we observe it and "play" that portion of the game.

That appears to be the case. Each personality has its own unique theme that is chosen by the lager spirit along with main lessons, challenges, agreements to interact with certain people, etc. It's like designing a video game and choosing your avatar. The designer of the game knows that once the avatar is activated, it will have no direct awareness of being the designer. It will only perceive itself from a narrow standpoint of the avatar with its chosen characteristics and environment. The designer always leave open doors through which the avatar can receive information, but it will be up to the avatar to understand it. The avatar may learn how to click out of the game periodically and become aware of its larger self. Regardless, of what may appear to be learned or not, ALL experiences are valuable, and certain lifetimes serve very narrow set of experiences. Someone may be a potato digger all their life, and that is perfectly ok. This is what the spirit wanted to experience.
Each theme has its purpose. We have to understand what the purpose is to be at peace with who we are. If we try to be someone else and dislike what our current expression is, then we deny our own creation. We cant change our theme, but we have the free will to experience the theme in variety of ways. There is always room to become the best version of ourselves. For example, currently I am not a fairy, I cant change my current theme being human, but I can pull the feeling being a fairy from another life and enjoy the echo. During AP I can experience being a fairy first hand and I have. I have experienced being many things, beings, elements, etc first hand. But while oriented towards the physical we have to play the role of this expression. We have to be proud of our uniqueness, as nothing else can replicate it. We can add soooooo much to our current personality, or remove believes that do not serve us. WE just have to take actions, change our perspective and change our behavior according to what we envision the best version of ourselves is.

While playing our avatar it is important to remember to forgive other avatars along the way, and to be grateful for the life we are allowed to live through this avatar, and to not judge others we encounter despite the temptation to do so. Not only does she talk about Aliens and UAPs, but also discusses her deep metaphysical experiences. These include her NDE, psychic and projection experiences. I find particularly interesting her story of the entity that visited her in her bedroom. Curious how you all think the being reached her? Interdimensionally, telepathically, via a projection, or an actual physical experience? Many possibilities. Tough also to tell if this was a spiritual being or a traditional alien encounter. So many questions, but I certainly believe her.
Just fascinating. Such a noble and credible person to discuss her experiences publicly. We live in a very different world today.

Thanks for posting this video Frosty, which is definitely valuable information. I have not watched it as I am already very aware of the reality behind water fluoridation. Suffice it to say, the official reason it is added to water supplies, ostensibly to "protect teeth" is to conceal the real reasons behind it. I will not go into those reasons, I am sure this video covers it well.
Fluoride is not added to the water where I live in England, but nevertheless, we simply do not know what is in mains water supplies as it travels through many miles of very old pipes during which it can collect any number of contaminants, as well as anything that is added.
I have an under the sink "reverse osmosis" system which completely purifies mains water, and which I highly recommend if mains water is at all being used for consumption, e.g. coffee, food etc. Even bottled water may not be as pure as it is purported to be and the cost of bottled water soon adds up, so a reverse osmosis unit might be a very good and healthy investment.
Hi Adrian, yeah I agree, fluoride is a major concern. Fluoride in toothpaste and water is an awful thing. Thankfully there are options. Fluoride free toothpastes such as the brand "hello" are excellent. I also have an under the sink Reverse Osmosis (RO) system and it's great. Very fast and efficient unlike the models from years ago. I would recommend those that get an RO system add the mineral cartridge if it's an option. This introduces calcium minerals back into the water which improves taste plus it adds some total dissolved solids (TDS) back into the water and boosts alkalinity. This also prevents damage to coffee machines, especially if they are higher end and pricey. I would also recommend an additional VOC (PFOA/PFOS) filter if it's an option. Even without the added filter RO does a good job removing these contaminants, but the optional filter just does it better.The RO system also remove micro plastics, which is an entirely different concern as reports now point to these particles causing dementia. RO machines also come in counter top options for those that don't want to go through the installation process of under the sink models. I can't stress the importance of pure water enough.
I would be wary of any commercial toothpaste, even without fluoride they can contain chemicals. Homemade toothpaste is natural and effective, using e.g. baking soda, activated charcoal and coconut oil.
Absolutely, pure water, pure food and pure air are foundations of good health.
I have been reflecting on this thread on water quality, which in retrospect may have appeared somewhat alarmist, which was certainly not the intention or purpose which was to inform, specifically on water quality and how to improve it.
From a Spiritual perspective, nothing in existence can possibly harm or affect us unless we believe it can. If we know nothing on Earth can affect us, then nothing will.
I personally choose to live in harmony with nature and the universe to the extent possible, which includes, but not limited to pure water, food and air, and hence my interest in this subject.
Everyone consumes water, the quality of which varies considerably from area to area, so in the event anyone reading this found thread to be disconcerting, I apologise.
While I understand your point Adrian, no matter how spiritual I am, if I drink alcohol everyday or smoke cigarettes I am putting myself at risk for liver failure or lung cancer. I believe it's best to have the positive mindset from spirit, but also to take precautions to avoid toxins (which are prevalent) in the world we live in today. As you mentioned, this includes water, air, food etc...I agree that there is no reason to panic or be alarmist about it, but I would encourage people to be proactive vs complacent.
As you mentioned, water varies in quality from community to community. Everyone can access their town or city water analysis that is taken every year so you can see where you stand re risks. In my case there was significant amounts of Chromium-6 in my town water. This is what pushed me to get the RO system. Otherwise it's bottled water, but then there is the micro plastics issue. If you buy bottled water, of course glass is best, while second best being the clear hard plastic containers (1 gallon size) as is an option for Poland Springs or Crystal Geyser. I would avoid the hazy soft plastic water gallon containers or the soft small bottles.
The channel above that I linked is excellent, where he does not go into great scientific analysis with nutrition details, but instead he gives actual food brand suggestions at various stores, such as Target, BJs, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods etc...
I agree with you Frosty and stand by what I originally said from an informational perspective, and much more could be said about existential lifestyle hazards.
There is however a more Spiritual dimension. As I mentioned I am sure all the regulars here already know very well that the Mind is infinitely powerful and that nothing can possibly affect us unless we believe it can, and that goes for all of the factors we discussed.
However, we should always be mindful of the fact also that there are thousands of visitors here every day, many of which will be reading the list of latest posts in the forum. I am sure that most of these casual visitors enjoy their favourite drinks, coffee tea etc, and it had never occurred to them that the water they are consuming might be toxic. after all, it is not the reason they visited here in the first place. But such is the power of the mind, that once that suggestion enters their awareness it may, or may not, cause them worry to the extent the mind makes it real.
If people go to a particular forum to discuss water quality, they do so be willing and ready to accept what they read and process it accordingly. But in the case of this forum, they came for astral projection and related matters and not to be informed that their morning coffee might be toxic, and that really is the point I was making.
Maybe I am being overly sensitive about this, but I do care about the feelings of other people which is why I apologised.
I fully understand and see your point Adrian. I definitely don't want to upset people either.
I think that when we enter our chosen characters and main themes within a given play, we also preload to that character certain set of beliefs to match the theme and the stage settings. For example we created collectively this particular reality we are currently focused on with certain "rules" such as gravity, aging, body limitations, amount of knowledge, etc. These rules were accepted as true and so we create the applicable experiences. Technically nothing is impossible, BUT the condition is ONLY if you truly believe so. Now, I have always known this, however, I also know how existence works and the purposes of different playgrounds and their settings, so I know that as a human I CANNOT convince myself for example that junk food and sugar is not harmful to the physical body. Believe me I have tried so many times to convince myself and change my belief knowing the general rule that nothing is impossible and it is just a matter of belief, but I could not. And I came to this realization and that it is ok to keep testing and trying to challenge ourselves as characters to defy the preset rules. I think this is part of the fun entering simulations. So, we have created paths to least resistance to achieve things. Meaning if we can not fly or teleport with our bodies, we have created machines to transport us. If we are not aware and do not know/believe that we can heal ourselves we have created medicine, etc. You get the idea. It's just a part of the game. But to me that's fascinating. So, I decided not to waste time to continue trying changing my belief about food and took the path of least resistance to achieve health and wellness and follow clean eating and exercising.
If anyone truly believes anything without any doubt and they are consciously aware of their belief/it's like knowing and no one can convince them otherwise, then they create such circumstances that avoid the opposite of their belief. We have all heard stories about "my grandpa eat bacon and smoked all his life and and he lived to be 100 without any health issues". Well, he must have chosen to enter his character with these beliefs and certain dna expressions that made his body stronger than an average person, and no scientific "evidence" of the opposite could ever convince him, so good for grandpa. But this is an example how one size does not fit all. Believe it what you do, but you experience applicable circumstances. If this is truly realized, one can take it to the next level and start playing with analyzing, adjusting, changing beliefs consciously to test what happens. I can see these patterns clearly within my own life and it's fun to play that game.

To me simulation is pretty evident. I don't like to use the word illusion because our definition of illusion suggests something that does not exit. But everything that can be imagined exists. However, simulation does make sense to me because the experience of the simulation IS REAL, no doubt. Simulation is something set up and programmed for specific experiences. Our natural state is in high frequency spirit form. This is real at least in my opinion. Smaller compartmentalization are simulations. We as humans are mimicking these simulations in smaller scales through our theater, tv shows, movies, book stories, video games, theme park rides, etc. We are creating this because we have that intuitive deep knowledge (maybe not consciously aware).
A few days ago while I was walking something interesting occurred and I felt truly I was in a video game. I found myself on a cross road with 4 streets. On that cross road there was me as a single female, there was single male, there was a pair of 2 females, a pair of two males and a pair of a male and a female. It was only us at that moment on that cross road, no one else. But I clearly saw the basic blocks of the coding. The 0s and 1s in the basic parings from which all other more complex coding is created. That was pretty cool to observe. I just felt for a moment how my spirit is lifting above that scene and is looking at the building blocks of a game from a higher perspective. I even stopped walking because for that moment my focus became different, like I had to pause the game.
I want to clarify that a simulation should not be insignified by any means, but perhaps human ego interprets it as something less, as something that does not exist and it threatens its survivorship and validity. But it's just the opposite. It's a great toll for learning. Knowing that this life is a simulation makes challenges less challenging and scary, you understand the "drama" and its necessity, but on the other had makes positive events feel even grander.
I just wanted to say that I think the topic of healthy food is very important, especially our most essential element, water. I haven't had time to watch the video yet, but I appreciate what you've shared here, as it's prompted me to research deeper on this today.
In my country, our government-run water utility company releases an annual report detailing the components in our water supply. If they're not misleading us, it meets all safety parameters except for arsenic, which is slightly elevated at 50 mc/l when it should be no more than 10 mc/l. Although this harmful component is not distributed equally and depends on the areas, where it's more concentrated instead of others.
Where I live, they claim tap water is safe, and arsenic levels are low, but I am not sure, I don't know whether to belive. Therefore, I'll investigate water filters and consider sending a sample for analysis. I just boil the tap water, the doctors here say it's safe, but I don't know if it's true.
One of my bigest life dreams is to live outside the city, cultivate my own organic garden, and lead an alternative, eco-friendly, healthy, and more human lifestyle connected to nature. Although I reside in a big city, I strive to practice my principles daily through recycling and living healthily.
I loved Lightbeam's example of the grandfather eating bacon and smoking... here the people tell the same stories. I'd add that the grandpa also enjoys whiskey, lol. Life is uncertain. Just as we have the grandfather living to 100 with that lifestyle, I've heard stories of health-conscious individuals who exercise, eat well, meditate, and still pass away young under mysterious circumstances. So, everything remains uncertain. As I have read it has more to do with what was established by our Higher Self and our mission here. But well, I'll do my best.
This information did not seem alarmist to me at all, on the contrary, I thank you because today I learned new things and it made me more aware. :-)

I also recall a story of a guru who told his followers to be vegetarian. The followers were shocked when their guru was eating meat. To make them feel assured he proceeded to eat a bowl of nuts and bolts and was unharmed. He explained to his disciples that the material he consumed didn't matter, and that he was there helping them understand the nature of 'reality.'
Babaji could teleport his followers and even create imagery by thought alone.
I suppose I agreed to participate in all of this to some extent, but I do feel there is a higher intelligence- whoever/whatever is helping me break free from the simulation, gradually... and most assuredly.
I also recall stories of monks who could levitate, communicate via telepathy, interact with inter-dimensional beings and survive off nothing but a green elixir.

I absolutely understand what you are saying Tak, and I am happy the information presented was helpful to you.
There is however a fine line between being alarmist and being educational, which is down to the way information is presented. There are numerous people out there, especially for example on Youtube who are presenting what they think is informational, but in a very alarmist, even fearful way. They probably do not even realise they are doing it. The reason for this is that they constantly want more subscribers, more views more ad revenue etc, and they have learned the best way of achieving this is by being sensationalist and scaring people, which completely negates the message and has the opposite effect.
I have suggested before that one of the simplest ways towards more peace and mental stability is to never watch, listen to or read what the mainstream media call "the news" which is almost always negative and never uplifting. This impacts the mental health and stability of people at a very deep level. Same applies to movies, especially in the last 20 or 30 years or so. People may say "it is just a movie, it is not real" without realising the impact in impressing the subconscious mind and influencing health at all levels. And the same again applies to most modern video games which are also influencing children.
The harsh reality is that we live in a world - which as LightBeam shared is really just a "simulation" - where money, greed and power are often valued much more than human health and welfare, the food and medical industries being notable examples. If you think water is toxic, it is relatively insignificant compared to packaged fast and processed food, sugar etc.. And even in writing this it could be construed as being alarmist.
The Light is infinitely more powerful than the dark. We can take a light into a dark room and illuminate it, but it is impossible to take darkness into a light room and make it darker. It is incumbent on us therefore to eschew anything that might be perceived as alarmist or fearful, instead to educate with the support of our greatest ally - Truth - in a way that the Heart gladly accepts and will guide people towards the Light.

Excellent post LightBeam - I really like your use of the word "simulation" as an alternative to illusion.
I suggested in my last post never to watch, listen or read the so called news, which is invariable very negative and rarely uplifting.
We are all responsible for creating our own reality, our own universe, our own experience, it is totally counterproductive therefore to focus on the simulation involving the world as a whole which are the simulations projected by all other participants and not our own. There is a very apt quotation - "The world is a stage". I suggest observing the world as if watching a movie, as a curiosity, as a drama, and sometimes entertaining, but without mentally engaging with it in the absolute sense.
People come to this planet primarily to experience, learn and thereby evolve Spiritually, not to allow it to drag them down. This planet is a "sandbox" where humans can be human, before transitioning to the greater internal universe of Light, the primary objective on this planet being to transcend the influence of the conscious mind, the ego, and align with the Heart and Divine Love.

These stories are all true, and we all have the same abilities within us and much more even beyond human comprehension. The difference between the Yogi's, Tibetan Monks and others like them is that they largely isolated themselves or completely disengaged from the dream/drama of the world as a whole, focussing within instead.

I very much agree with "focusing within instead" concept. If nothing can hurt us with the power of our mind, then why do many advanced spiritual people die at such young ages? So if I feel I will never get cancer and if I do it will not hurt me? Unfortunately (I feel) this is not the case. I don't know, life is all about balance, and taking precautions to make us healthier, which in turn gives us optimal health to pursue our spiritual quest seems prudent to me. I pretty much agree with LB's stance on this. I really enjoy spirituality and some religious aspects as well, as many other things and hobbies in life, but I try to keep my spiritual quest in a perspective of logical and in reasonable balance, if that makes sense. I believe in the power of positive thinking, and the like attracts like theory. I also believe in the power of the mind to not let people harm our inner self and soul as this can be a powerful tool in this often heavy world. But... there are limits in my opinion to things that our beyond our control. Positive thinking never hurts, but taking precautions doesn't hurt either. I think extreme views as with anything, can be counterproductive... but that is just me. Everyone is free to think they way that best resonates with them.
I would agree that YouTube can be alarmist at times (with rating motives being a byproduct), but it can also educate. Though the video I posted may have an element of fear in it, the facts are accurate and it is also very informative and cuts to the chase. I don't believe I was being alarmist, but trying to inform and be helpful to members here. I hope I am not part of the alarmist equation and you are mainly referring to the particular YouTube video. Perhaps I should have chosen a more laid back video? I liked the one I posted though because he discussed the deleterious effects of fluoride in the pineal gland. I'm relatively new on these forums, but have lots of experience posting on other types of forums. Here there seems to be an etiquette that I'm somewhat unfamiliar with. I have noted to be more careful here, as spiritual forums can be a bit sensitive to certain topics.
As far as exposure to the heaviness of life... I do not watch news anymore. I stopped watching when my steep spiritual ascent started. I also stopped watching politics. Yes, no matter which brainwashed camp people are in, it's all about money, greed and power. They focus on helping their "select groups of people" but not the masses of humanity. It's rather sickening. The truth lies in the middle, the problem is, there is no middle. Being engulfed in politics is incredibly damaging to spirit and the soul and I literally feel physically sick when discussing it too much. Professional sports also is a huge turn off for me, other than the individual self growth sports I participate in.
I will not ban movies from my life. It's once again a balance thing. Horror or excessively violent movies I can no longer tolerate. Other movies, no problem as movies and the technology associated with them has always been a hobby of mine. I am not going to avoid video games either. The horror type, yes, but not the other ones. Have been gaming since I was very young. My son is a borderline pro eSports gamer, and we have had countless great times gaming together. It has not influenced him poorly in the least, as he is a very nice young man, with a very far along soul. Though I do not discount the fact that it may harm some people that have a weak moral character foundation and perhaps a soul that is in its infancy.

Many could not mentally tolerate it here due to the low vibration, and the general behaviour of humanity. Others have completed their purpose here and just leave. I enjoy a good movie as well, but these days it seems a challenge to find one that does not include violence or negativity of some sort. Maybe we should start a thread on recommended movies that are uplifting to watch. I enjoy sci-fi movies in particular but even those often manage to include violence of some sort. I really enjoyed sci-fi movies of the 70's and 80's such as Star Wars, Close Encounters, 2001, Back to the Future etc, and any violence in them was not of the gratuitous kind as it seems to be today. The big exception I make is The Matrix which is a unique movie.
I did not mean to imply that all video games are violent, and I apologise if I gave that impression. I have no interest in video games and do not follow the market. I am happy to hear your son is so accomplished in this area.

Per y'alls conversation... I wonder if these great masters that could dissimilate their physical bodies by will figured out some way out of the simulation.
I also recall a story of a guru who told his followers to be vegetarian. The followers were shocked when their guru was eating meat. To make them feel assured he proceeded to eat a bowl of nuts and bolts and was unharmed. He explained to his disciples that the material he consumed didn't matter, and that he was there helping them understand the nature of 'reality.'
Babaji could teleport his followers and even create imagery by thought alone.
I suppose I agreed to participate in all of this to some extent, but I do feel there is a higher intelligence- whoever/whatever is helping me break free from the simulation, gradually... and most assuredly.
I also recall stories of monks who could levitate, communicate via telepathy, interact with inter-dimensional beings and survive off nothing but a green elixir.

Glad you enjoyed the video Tides. I think most of us fall victim to the Mandela Effect. The simulation theory does mess with my head a bit. As far as God's relationship to the simulation. It doesn't have to be entirely conflicting. To help I consider it an "organic simulation". I believe LB stated that despite the simulation our true self is a living spirit/soul. This helps me integrate these concepts into the bigger picture.

The other day a group of friends met at a restaurant and I asked if we only share funny and heart warming stories. I said no politics, no religion. If anyone needs advice sure they can share and ask, but focus on positivity. Everyone followed and we became the loudest group in a packed restaurant. We were laughing so hard, that I could see the other people around and the servers picked up on our energy and they started laughing and smiling. We couldn't even realize that at one point there was no one left at the restaurant and the workers were washing the floor. No one looked at their phones, we were all absorbed on exchanging good vibes face to face. When I finally looked at the time it was close to midnight. I said wow we have been here for 6 and a half hours, we are closing the place haha. Everyone could not believe that much time had passed.
In conclusion, focus is so important to trigger experiences that we prefer out of a pool of infinite possibilities.
Oh, I don't think of it as a problem at all. In my personal belief system, I am OK with considering all of this very real- even the idea of this being a simulation. Neither is at odds end.

Likely, there are those of us here who have come to some understanding that imperfection is a part of perfection.
My feelings are... Again, unless we are dematerializing our physical bodies by will- That the majority of us have agreed(to some extent) to accept the "simulation" at the very least that this simulation comes with predetermined rules. Whether we agree with those rules or not, as we mature, is the beauty of free will. A gift and endowment. But we are born into a world where the rules of our reality are already in place.
Recognizing this, alongside my personal experiences through out this life. . . Is enough for me to say there is a higher power- there is a Divine Partnership. There is a Living and Guiding Intelligent Spirit. I do believe in the UB to the extent that we are given the opportunity to embark on a journey Godward, this entire act is one of Love... Including the imperfect simulation we are born into. For me, it's an opportunity to develop understanding and grow closer with Divine Love.
Even believing we are that already does not stop the opportunity to become that, it only emboldens the experience. Our experience as time-bound mortals is a reflection of material and spiritual evolution. As we evolve in our understanding in the pursuit of our ideals we may one day understand the simulation to the extent we are able to levitate and perform miracles, but if you ask me- that's not the end game of this simulation. It is a far greater reality to be fused with Divine Love than it is thinking we've gamed the system.
It's rather exciting when you think of the amazing opportunity we've been given, and how much more Real does it make that relationship with the Living Intelligence, A Loving and Guiding Personality through out our various incarnations?

I agree Adrian. I always said, if people could see their own and other's light body/soul emanating from within, perhaps people would show more empathy to one another. I equate this to a road rager who uses his vessel (the vehicle) as a buffer to act in a manner that is highly inappropriate. People are stuck in the belief that they are not more than their physical bodies. This even applies to so called church goers (false prophets) who go to church every Sunday, then exit into the world not practicing what they have been preached. Some of these types can be the worst and most dangerous encountered. Instead of the vehicle scenario, it is their physical body that becomes their vessel to act terribly in. Sometimes the church backdrop is used to bring (false) credibility to some that are unscrupulous.
One of the worst people I have ever encountered in this physical world was a member of the church clergy. He was not from my church thankfully. A complete fraud and as dark a soul as I have ever experienced. Truly a soul in its infancy of spiritual evolution. He saw the light in me and we clashed terribly. I exposed him for what he truly was and protected many. This was also a catalyst (though a subset) to my steep spiritual assent. As a side note, I don't go to church much these days. My path has taken a bit of a turn as I focus within, and develop my own individual connection with the God and the Divine. Thus far, I have found this path very rewarding.

That is wonderful, I am happy to hear that.
It reminds me of a quote by the great Sufi mystic, Rumi:
"I looked for God. I went to a temple and I didn't find him there. Then I went to a church and I didn't find him there. The I went to a mosque and I didn't find him there. Then finally I looked in my heart and there he was."
All the years I have gone to Church (when young every Sunday, then maybe 5x a year then less and less reserving it to major Holidays) I felt good when leaving church, as the energy was positive. But... no matter how often I prayed I never felt a strong connection to God or the Divine, nor got a sign that God was close or listening. Until I looked inward, and now I have lost track of how many Divine encounters I have had. It's interesting how the church, particularly the Catholic Church, (I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian) says that "individual development and contact" to God and the Divine is permitted by a select few on the upper tier of the Church Clergy (the Pope, Bishops, Cardinals etc...) But... if we mere mortals look within and develop our own spiritual connection with God and the Divine, it's the work of the Devil. The church's (particularly the Catholic Church's) "only we can have contact with the Divine" belief has the appearance that the Ego has crept in to cloud the waters. To me, they appear to be controlling the masses (church followers) with fear.
Note though, I have met some excellent Priests in my Orthodox Church that clearly evolved their thinking, beliefs and had an open mind far beyond the above restrictive stance. Though one particular priest that I was very impressed with moved two hours away to another church, I would love to pay him a visit to discuss all that I have experienced. It's on my to do list at some point.
I have never been to church except when I got married, and then only because my now ex-wife wanted a church wedding.
That said, I have met some wonderful church ministers and church goers who are very sincere people. Church in England is nothing like that big Roman church or Baptist churches in the USA for example Here they are more of a family gathering where the church minister reads lessons from the bible, congregation sings a few hymns, repeats a few prayers and then went home. No fear mongering involved.
Many churches over here have a very tall spire or steeple, the objective of which is to collect all the words of worship together and focus them "up towards heaven".
Of course songs and prayers repeated rote, are just words. God, the Divine only knows what is in our Heart.
Edit: I am happily married now to a most wonderful American lady from Southern California. This time we got married in Maui, Hawai'i.
Those sound like wonderful churches and a positive environment. I have not turned my back on my religion, the Church or its traditions. I still refer and abide by principles in the Bible, but now I have heavily supplemented it with my spiritual beliefs and path.

The Bible and Universal Spiritual Truth are not mutually exclusive. The Bible is by far the most esoteric text ever produced, especially the Gospels and in particular the Parables.
The person who came to be known as "Jesus" was and is a great Spiritual messenger who came here from a high vibratory frequency. He did not come to Earth simply to entertain people by telling stories and performing tricks, and most definitely did not come here to be turned into the object of controlling religions.
Jesus came to Earth to reach the people that could be reached in order to teach great and valuable Spiritual Truth at a time in Earth's past when it was needed, thus unlocking the Universal Truth and knowledge that is within us all, to the extent it can be accessed.
As you progress Spiritually, you will find that the Bible becomes progressively more meaningful, not less.

I met a woman who confided something in me years ago. She is a regular at a pub my Dad and his friends go to. She told me she could see their different lives in a type of parallel universe. She told me things about each person and where they were in different realities. She also told me I was the only one in that group who was the same in each reality. She said there are a few who are the same no matter the universe.

On one occasion though, my experience was not only appeared back in time but also felt as if I was witnessing another "path" of my being. It was a new twist and was fascinating to experience. The one thing humans today have completely abandoned. So few people have empathy for their fellow awareness. If it's not within their frame of reference, it has no value to them.
You can only become so powerful worrying about only yourself.
I agree Xanth. There is always room for improving empathy and kindness in the world.
I'm glad OBE is gaining popularity. I see a high probability of society taking that direction, understanding immortality and by extension removing many fears. I think the root case of all barriers that stand on the way of expressing love and compassion is fear. Not that humans don't have these qualities, they just can't express them due to fears. If humans gain enough curiosity they will start exploring deeper, but they need to pass at least the initial fear that if they AP their bodies become empty and someone can possess them, or they will encounter negative entities and will be harmed. These are the most common fears I have heard from so many newbies that come to the Pulse. It's like people in the medieval ages did not wash because they thought if they open their pores the diseases will enter their bodies easily. But eventually, they understood. The same happens with every idea that at first looks scary. The masses will get there. Look at history. Until recently there was no equality. There were constant wars where people were killing each other left and right. Constant invasions of countries, no regard for human life, even native American tribes fought for territory among themselves. Oppression of women, slavery being accepted as something normal, no welfare, no pensions, no homeless shelters, no equal pay, no human resources, etc. In the last 50 years humans have become more civilized and compassionate than they have been in our entire recorded history, and I can only imagine with this sudden accelerated rate what the near future will look like, but I see it going in a positive direction. At least in my reality. I have always encountered good hearted and compassionate people in my personal reality because this is what I focus on and this is what I manifest in my circle. So, I am not only hopeful but I have the knowing that on a global level we are headed in the right direction. There are nearly 9 billion people on this planet and 9 billion versions of Earth. That is the hope LB. As I have mentioned, shifting to an aligned vibration that brings more positive experiences to "my world" is one thing, but from what I have observed with 3rd parties, humanity has a ways to go. I am happy that your experiences as observing/spectating 3rd parties are more positive, but that doesn't mean we have all witnessed such positivity. Just these wars/massacres alone, which I hoped would be a thing of the more primal past are raging around the globe. All for what? Land grabs, resource grabs, and money grabs. It's never enough. The popularity of Dictators are also growing around the world. I try to look at the positive side of things, especially in "my world" but look beyond that too far and it's often not pretty.
The positives you mention I.e. policy changes etc... are real though and encouraging on a mass scale, but look at how day to day micro relations are with how people treat one another and real progress still needs to be made here. Hopefully things further improve. The video is also encouraging and if more people believed we lived on, and that we are more than our physical bodies, perhaps that alone would promote enough kindness and empathy to cause a cascading effect that would bring even greater change.

Religion can be a beautiful thing but it will require the purest of hearts to let everyone fly.

Definitely. A shift from control based religion to Love based would be an excellent start. After all, Divine, Unconditional Love is a primary message of Jesus and the Absolute Truth of God, Who orthodox religions purport to represent to the masses on Earth.
As the Transformation quickens, orthodox religions must either alter, and altar, their approach to God or fade away, leaving only Spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism etc..

Adrian, It's nice to see traditional religions starting to have an open mind. I think the Spiritual experiences of Bishops, Cardinals, and Popes are causing them a shift, and a mandatory reflection on the bigger picture. I have been researching this and may have more to add later. They are not immune to life changing experiences, as I was not. Of course Ironically the Orthodox religions (though the most mystical of Christian religions, is the ones more rooted in ancient traditions, and will be the slowest to be open to these experiences. Ironically, that is my religion. This religion believes in such things as incense, the evil eye, and other mystical aspects, but are stubbornly fixed in other traditional elements. Though I resisted for a bit, it became impossible to ignore the beauty, splendor and Divine nature of my experiences. This will take time with them, but eventually change may occur. The caliber of their individual experiences will dictate this, I would think.
I agree, it is somewhat surprising how congregations are so quick to revere a normal person who wears fancy robes, waves incense around and speaks Latin. But religious affiliations are handed down through generations and children from a very early age are taught that they "belong" to a certain religion, and that this is normal without questioning it. But as you say, as more people experience Astral Projection, which has grown considerably over the years, and other metaphysical experiences, as well as NDE, the status quo will naturally shift towards the Spiritual.

The guests including Congressman Tim Burchett and a well known author who discuss extraterrestrial intelligence, Angels and the Christian/Catholic faith. They also discuss how UFOs and Aliens do not contradict the Bible. Lastly, they get into what Popes believe regarding the Alien phenomena and one particular Pope's answer to the question: Who are aliens? Interestingly he answers with "We are all God's children". It's an excellent discussion, even for those that are not religious and are more Spiritual.
It's comforting to learn there are Christians who believe in ET's, or who do not think all ET phenomenon to be the working of inter-dimensional demons. There are many hurdles that dogmatic Christianity has to work through. Not everything is black or white, all or nothing. I believe our own experiences allow us to help others when their time comes. For me, the time has come.
Dr. Steven Greer has said we've reverse engineered alien technology since the 20's. He did say that some of the UFOs of today are man made craft, and does not put it beyond our own kind to stage a type of foreign malevolence to strengthen the military industrial complex.
But by our being open, by moving through our own fears and speaking from our experiences with love we help those who are curious enough. I believe contact has been happening on this planet for quite some time.

Ironically I meditated with someone yesterday who spoke on his experiences with the CE5 contact method. He had success, and has never felt the beings to be negative or malevolent.
Which brings us to distinction and common definitions. Patience and an ability to listen before we condemn anothers contact experience as demonic suggestion might help us over that hurdle too.
There comes a time when we seek understanding between what constitutes physical reality vs. spiritual reality. For instance, is there a distinction between craft we've reverse engineered and phenomenon that we can only partially observe because we are time-bound mortals?
He gets into this by asking the theologian, if we're made in Gods image does that mean God is a humanoid?
Here the thinking is quite materialistic and from a perspective that *our reality, our viewing lens is the ultimate truth. That's fine, it's rather difficult to think from any other lens- but distinctions should be established when you engage people of various beliefs and attitudes.
The theologian tries to explain that all of Gods creation is of God but still not God(not Eternal-Gods entirety). We may never fully comprehend this because we are endowed with limited faculties designed to facilitate teachings for a 3D space-time experience. It may also explain why we do not completely perceive various non-human intelligence because such an intelligence may operate in a realm or dimension we've little to no experience with. Or require faculties we've not been given in this life.
There may be all manner of creatures as belonging to God who share a similar, "mortal-spirit evolution" who may also be(temporarily)tethered to a space-time experience. It is positive, therefore, to think of all creation as belonging to God- even the entities we deem negative, or entities we may discover to be ASI artificial superintelligence. And considering we've reverse engineered craft since the 20's(according to Dr. Greer) just how "demonic" are we to hoard, keep secret, attack all we've discovered?
We ourselves are capable of great acts of positive and negative. Instead of condemning what we don't understand, it's more important to find what unites us is(in this little ones opinion) which is part of our evolutionary/spiritual ascent towards Union with Eternal God. It is possible to experience God from our limited expression- to be given a taste of what awaits all who choose to discover(divine love) but make no mistake- our lives here are but Shadows compared to the omnipotent Glory of All that Is.

Well, the other day was supposed to be "Alien Invasion Day" and it entirely did not disappoint. Ross Coulthart reported an extremely high amount of UFO/UAP activity across the World. See his report in the link below.

I enjoy many of Ross's videos. He is very well spoken and his interviews are very thorough.
We have been discussing the importance of kindness on another thread. I then came across this video and thought I would post. Now I am not a fan of greedy, superficial, or selfish actors that are focused strictly on the physical world's attractions and their own self image. However, I am a fan of those that are clearly operating on a different principle, that are deep souls that GIVE BACK. I was sad to see Johnny Depp go through all that publicly. In the end he persevered through all the challenges and moved on with his life.
He is a shining example of people that use their talents and fame to make a difference. In this case he is putting a smile on cancer patients faces and lighting up their lives. He visits many hospitals in full Captain Sparrow makeup and costume. Pure compassion and kindness given to the sick and medically vulnerable. It is no coincidence that he is known to be very spiritual. A very impressive journey he is on.
The light can unfortunately draw the attention of the dark, for whatever reasons or lessons. It's always important to process life's challenges, learn from them and move on. We all have life's challenges. To me, once they are processed and all that is learned, I file them away and live in the present without them negatively influencing my progress. When I see others do this, it is very evident. The light just resumes and shines through them.

Johnny Depp is a gem! Captain Jack Sparrow is one of my favorite characters. I even have one of his quotes in my signature, which to me is a core truth and if people can understand the true meaning behind it, they will understand the mechanics of manifestation.

This video is overall good, but I think it's time for us to be approaching things from a timeless perspective and not linear. I know it's hard to comprehend from a 3D perspective but we have t take this direction to progress further.
Another thing is the approach of negativity. The way this video portrays the astral realms and its inhabitants including evil and negative entities and potential harm will scare many people who are relatively new to the topic. They will buy into this concept and will even be scared to die because they wont have a physical body to return to and will be exposed to all kinds of energies out there. The reality is that all these experiences are simulations, nothing can ever harm us and we need to approach the whole negs thing first having people realize their OWN power and the simulation aspect and that they can NEVER be harmed unless they chose to create simulation applicable experience. But there is NO TRUE evil. God is All that IS including what we perceive as negative. There is nothing outside of God/existence. Everything is equal. We only define it as something based on our beliefs. Again, I am looking at things from the highest timeless perspective. We have to start getting out of our boxes of compartmentalization. Everyone as an oversoul has many "negative" characters within. We are all everything, from angels to demons, so everything is equal. We only define differences form our current point of focus which is so small that cant even be measured in the frame of infinity. .

I don't believe these are traditional drones, nor do I believe Russia or China has technology this advanced (far exceeding anything we have). As tensions rise across the World as well as nuclear concerns, I do not find it a coincidence that this activity is now at rampant levels. Some of these UAPs have out run/out maneuvered our fighter jets. They range in size between a small car or SUV to as large as a house. This is occurring on every continent in the world simultaneously!

He also says we've reversed engineered alien craft since the 1920's. But he didn't specifically say anything about this underwater craft you're talking about in the video I've shared. In the above interview he is warning of nefarious human organizations seeking to control the disclosure narrative in a way that means losing basic sovereignty and empowering the military industrial complex. He's also there to say we are relatively unaware of just what kind of technology we(not just americans but people from all over the world) possess and the variety of intelligent life we are and are not in contact with.

Considering the exponential growth rate of technology... It wasn't all that long ago black and white television was a thing(maybe you were alive for that) and now we're 3D printing human organs.
And with the introduction of the transistor(supposedly alien) technology has been booming.
It was once considered crazy to say man made technology to control the weather. Now the patents for such technology are available to the public.

Frosty, the videos you shared are very interesting! I had no idea this was happening. A few years ago, a friend of mine saw the famous black triangle passing through the sky of our city, but without the red light in the center, just the three white lights. I always thought it was a military aircraft, although it started to be seen since 1920.
I've been seeing UFOs since I was a little girl. A few years ago, I saw a strange drone too. I was never able to figure out if it was of ET or human origin. The strangest thing about the sighting wasn't the sighting itself, but the fact that the next day I saw it again, and it behaved in the same way. What a super synchronicity! Just being there to witness it again. I saw it with my mother, but she strangely doesn't remember it.
I was on the balcony of my department during the night and saw a red sphere above a building, very bright and quite big, it was static. Suddenly it makes a very fast movement forming a very big inverted triangle just in second, the movement was very wide and precise, then it returns to the original position. Perform this same movement for the second time and return to the original position again, it was exactly the same as before. Then it makes a movement of 30 degrees, rises into the sky and disappears among the clouds in a straight line upwards.
The next day the same sphere appears again, but in another position in the sky. It does the quick inverted and wide triangle twice, exactly the same as the day before, and then disappeared into the distance. The second time I saw it with my mother.
My father also saw UFOs. When he was a kid, he saw an huge craft, shaped like a cigar, at a very low altitude! maybe 20 meters and it was the size of a house. It had no openings, but a red light emanated from its interior, which faded away towards the edges where it seemed more transparent. It didn't make any noise, but there was like a vacuum (very typical of UFO sightings) That was in 1964, maybe, in a small town. It was never reported, and he saw it with his father, who never remembered the event, as if his memory had been erased, only he was able to remember it. The only thing he told me that happened is that the craft continued on its course and he went to hide under the bed lol. That was an experience that marked his life forever. If that was human, really these secret corporations have been operating these technologies for quite some time. Now I don't know what to think!
I really enjoyed all of Dr. Greer's movies, I think I've seen them all. I think it's impossible to know now if the technology comes from humans or not, I suppose we have to trust our intuition, if there's any telepathic communication involved and that kind of thing.

Beautiful, Tak! What I imagine and feel is that every particle of my physical and body and spirit is intertwined with everything in the multiverse with its all aliveness and beings and we all feel the very pulse of togetherness. And I KNOW that this is not just imagination that has no actual substance. It IS the reality. What we see with our 3D eyes is the illusion. And the more I focus on it the more I actually feel its actuality and it makes me smile and feel all soft and mushy in my heart. The bliss is indescribable.

Tides, no, I am not confused. I would more call it a process of elimination to narrow it down to what these craft are. I have my theory on what's going on. I don't have any fear on what/who they might be, as this appears to be beyond our control. I am more fascinated and curious than anything. I am familiar with Dr. Greer and the theory of an extraterrestrial being vs an inter dimensional being. I have done my homework. 😉

Hello Tides. I always welcome your sharing and input. 🙂 I agree, our craft/drones might be sent up to investigate what is not of human origin. Human craft may also be sent up for other "confusion" or soft disclosure purposes. Interesting times we live in.
The Medium Silvia Suryodya discusses many of our spiritual views and applies them to the UAP/drone activity around the world. She then answers why some are so busy trying to still keep things under wrap. It really does feel like they are losing control and that something big is coming.
Agree with what she said, but I wouldn't focus on the "control of the government". We as a mass have created to experience that control in the first place. There shouldn't be finger pointing. If we keep doing that we are not proving that we are changing and by extension we will keep going in circles of oppression and victimization. LB, perhaps I am thinking too much with my physical mind and ego, but when I logically assess this change can only be brought by exposing injustice. I fully understand the manifestation theory as well as the lessons that come our way. But...I also think there is merit to the saying "evil prevails when good men fail to act". I know many will say "there is no such thing as evil"...
To manifest change, one must have to "will" change. How do we "will" it and produce change by being passive by saying we willed these injustices into existence so don't finger point? If a group of people in control of the masses via the news media, social media, high powered corporations and the political arena with all their selfish monetary/power objectives, aren't called out for it, then we are passively assenting/condoning such behavior. The 1% of 1% have selfish agendas that are very harmful to the planet and to the people inhabiting it. To prevent such injustice, the best way is to educate the masses and expose injustice.
What if our life's lesson was to expose injustice, unfair, unkind, or even cruel people to make the world a better place for those that don't have the gift of intuition? So many people out there are so oblivious to people with bad intentions, that maybe that is our orchestrated lesson while here in the physical? To expose injustice, help those that are poorly equipped to guard against it, and in turn all parties learn (the exposer of the injustice, the one doing the injustice, and the 3rd party protected from imminent harm/injustice). Just a thought.

I understand all points, Frosty! I am just no longer thinking from a 3D perspective. Earth has been in these cycles of survival/resistance for so long and we can't get out of them. So, there must be something else that we need to realize and change our mindset for changes to take place. This is what the ETs are waiting on.

Exactly, but they cant force change of our mindset. We have to do it on our own. They can only help so much. Like a teacher should not do their students' homework, because the students then learn nothing and the teacher did them no favor, but triggered the opposite effect.

We are not inside this body that serves as a protector. It's the other way around, this body is within our spirit. I've been trying to teach that to people for a while now. It's amazing how people have latched onto a material viewpoint of this reality even as they're trying to learn something like Astral Projection and they don't even realize it.
The simple fact that if you believe you need protecting means subconsciously that you believe you can be harmed. KNOW that you're safe, KNOW that you cannot be harmed. You are a being of infinite power, how exactly can that be harmed? The only being with the power to harm you is yourself.

Family members can range from close, loyal and caring, to mildly toxic, to even extremely toxic. This video discusses the meaning and how to cope with toxic family members in a positive manner. Coping is not all unicorns and rainbows, but to understand the dynamics of these relationships is helpful and brings meaning to these circumstances. Always remember, when things are extreme, boundaries are your friend. Any kind of toxic relationship, be it family member, a partner, a "friend", a coworker or boss are never worth losing your health and well-being for.

These circumstances, as well as other life challenging circumstances (such as loss of a dear loved one) are often a significant catalyst to ascension and Spiritual development. If life was 100% cushy and with no conflict, our drive to question things and the bigger purpose of life would atrophy and become nonexistent. We then become bot-like, passively and routinely going through physical life with little Spiritual development. So as the video says, life's challenges can be a gift.

Yes indeed. Our past created who we are today. Many people that have grown up in hardship, seem to become some of the best "stewards of Society and Humanity" in general! Unfortunately, other people that have grown up in hardship, become the "monsters" that dwell upon us. Every ying has to have a yang!
I do agree Lumaza. I have unfortunately seen the monsters that can be created by such conditions. I have also seen such monsters that were brought up in a healthy family environment. Some are simply evil for no apparent reason. Many will say it is their Spiritual lesson path and the path of others to experience such hardship. No doubt there is an underlying meaning to why we each of us have are own particular Spiritual path.
That was a great reminder, Frosty! I don't have the worst relationship with my family, but I don't have the best either. I really appreciate everything they have done for me infinitely and everything I have grown as a person, but today in my adulthood, I feel the desire to be as far away as possible. Always knowing that they are well and that they do not lack anything, knowing that they have my love forever. But at the same time I don't want to share moments (which always end in fights, we have very different personalities) sometimes I have felt like I was going to go completely crazy lol.
Today in my adulthood I learned to set limits and find my way, to make my own home, which I learned resides in my own heart and not in a specific place. That's why I have the soul of a traveler (astral and physical). I still try to find my place in the world, but maybe it's not here, maybe my place is only in the heart of God.
This year I have decided to complain less and be more grateful. In my case, more than healing a lineage it will close it, since I do not want to have children and neither do my stepbrothers. I feel that I have reached the maturity of no longer blaming anyone for my feelings, other than myself, and that others are doing the best they can.
I feel stronger and full of courage and I hope to be able to travel alone again for many years and live many happy adventures.

An interesting video that speaks to karma and how our free will can influences our soul contracts. The soul contract (our predetermined relationship with others) is more of outline to help us evolve that bring the potential to markedly help us progress and at the same time we can can reject portions thereof, which will hinder our degree of potential lessons learned. Interestingly, the lesson(s) can be geared to one of the parties or can be mutually significant serving as a major learning experience for both parties. It our free will and the other persons free will that help shape the quality of the interactive experience.
She also discusses how we know when the soul contract has ended. Sometimes humans hang on too long to a relationship that has turned toxic, when in reality, the soul contract has ended or should be ended. At this point it is more of a karmic relationship than an ongoing soul contract.
Simply put, the soul contracts we encounter are there to "provoke us into higher states of conscious". With the goal to "liberate the being from the karmic wheel". Importantly, she spells out the difference between a soul contract and a relationships based on karmic debt, which does not further our spiritual development.
For me, this was a very important video. The Alchemist ties everything together nicely, and brings much meaning to life. What looks on the surface to be random chaos, is far from it.

This is how I feel about Life in general. Being Alive is the soul contract. I see existing as dancing with a loving and guiding intelligence. My desire to grow closer with that intelligence, to seek it in every instance, that's been a game changer for me.

The other day a new customer came to my store who reminded me of this woman. They shared the same hair style, the same leather jacket and even the same name. But they didn't know each other. But this "energy signature" was speaking to me on a deeper level. As if the coming together was interaction between greater personalities. What stirred in me likely needed resurfaced, and by my being aware I chose to share with this energy signature in a compassionate way.
There are all kind of instances and examples...
I understand that we aren't always aware of these intelligent beings but we share space and quite literally we share existence with them/in them. I believe they too are motivated by what we call God or Gods Love. The "why" behind most things, in my life, has to do with Love.
I welcome the guidance and the revelations. It's made life joyful in a more fulfilling way than what I can explain.

But to try and tie everything together... We can see being alive as the soul contract, the relationship as with you and the One. The One has been called Source, is called Beloved. Whatever you call it- this attitude/perspective means everything, everyone is constantly bringing us into that "higher consciousness" or more specifically into awareness of that relationship. That awareness has made me aware of a reality that might come into fuller view once my brief incarnation as tides is up. Another world with different rules than the Earth-Human experience. But seeing a greater life behind this life now has filled and nourished me in ways that have made this grown man cry. A doubling up of love and compassion. A real game changer. And... A real discipline/practice.

A voice said pure energy out of my speaker, as I talk about energy as a personality. What were the chances? What is reality to that being?
The energy we experience has always fascinated me. For the past three nights I have awakened/became aware with strong and distinct surging energy traveling through my body, as if to get my attention and say "wake up, there is work to do". This has paired with incredibly vivid dreams, some have been a bit startling. Is this energy independently "aware" as is the case with the Holy Spirit? Is this energy sent out/initiated by Spirit or the Divine? Or is it entirely created within us as in the case of Kundalini episodes? Then there is the universal Chi energy that passes through everything in the Universe. I'm sure energy comes in different forms, origins and levels of autonomous awareness. All the answers to these complex questions we may not fully know until we pass on. But...I will certainly try and learn and experience everything I can while living. One thing is for sure, these invisible energies are VERY real.

I have my ideas to your questions, I dare not rob you of your own! So... I just want to say... "Entirely created within us such as kundalini" well... I don't necessarily think that's the case. First, I ask what is considered *in* ... Like, do we think of things outside our human viewing lens as a part of ourselves? I believe a greater intelligence than what I ordinarily call "myself" is responsible for my awakening in 2008 and even my mysterious hospitalization from a few years back. 10 years later I learned the entity responsible for giving the charge(possibly to beings that are more quipped for interacting with mankind) has been called the Peacock Angel or Al Khadir. This is the being responsible for my awakening. And thinking of energy as greater personalities, I believe others received this same charge(divine orchestration) in 2008. Even if they have translated the experience different from mine, I believe it is a similar energy interacting with other densities and personalities.
It's fun to think about. These are just my thoughts, I mean no disrespect sharing mine and whole heartedly respect your own. <3 Thank you!!

One day I found this video, by then I had understood Al Khadir and the Peacock Angel from dreams and personal experience alone. An excellent Dolores Cannon video discussing the 3 Realms of the afterlife. The Lower Astral, The Middle Astral (what the masses call Heaven) and the Upper Astral (The learning area known as the Temple of Healing and Wisdom).
An interesting comment from Dolores is her discussing that the living and the dead can visit these realms, but when visiting the Middle or Upper tier Realms, the experience can be so intense that the feeling of vibrations/energy can carry over when we return to the physical world. I have experienced this energy in these upper realms as well as the "carry over energy" for a time when returning, but it then becomes intermittent and finally fades away during the day of the return. When this energy lingers, along with deep thought of the experience of where we have been, we know we have been somewhere very special.
I found her explanation of "oneness" and how we relate and influence one another very helpful.
So far, I like what I hear from Dolores Cannon than I don't like. She's an interesting mash of modern science and new age concepts. I think that's why I ultimately have chosen to like her.
This video titled Life In The World Unseen By Anthony Borgia (Unabridged Audiobook) is a fascinating tour of the Spirit World from the eyes of a deceased Orthodox Priest who had metaphysical abilities when living. The Priest now reaches across the veil to tell his story via a Medium. It may sound a bit far fetched, but this rings true in so many ways. Have a listen to the intro and Chapter 1. By then you may be hooked, but be warned it is 8.5 hours long. I have not finished it yet, but so far it's pretty gripping.
I started listening to chapter 2 and he describes going to his house but being very much enhanced by beautiful flowers, trees, atc. That matches exactly what I experience often when I AP to my childhood home, but it appears more vibrant and beautiful. My family and relatives, neighbors are there and it is just a perfect world, a perfect version of what I have experienced, so I like going there often and experiencing a perfect day with my loved ones and the town full of life and excitement, happiness and bliss. I believe many people when they cross over tend to go to their homes where they have experienced very happy memories to serve as a transitional and adjustment point before venturing further. It's truly wonderful!

Good observation that people are programmed to compare themselves to others, which creates so much disempowerment of the own self. Embrace your uniqueness and the theme you came here to experience. I so agree LB. If people didn't constantly compare themselves to others, live through others, try to impress others, and constantly seek the acceptance of others, things would collectively be better. Social media is an huge problem. Also the masses would not be so quick to worship horrendous political figures, which punish so many and lowers the vibration and frequency to all those influenced. Independent thinking is so important to spiritual ascension, otherwise so many will be lured into the trap she speaks of. This is such a challenge in the deceptively digital age.

I really liked when she talked about the 5D stillness and the power of now. I've been reading a meditation book, and I also follow a channel by a guy who helps people with anxiety like me. Everything points to how our own mind plays against us when we're too focused on the future, with fear of what's to come. When you bring your mind to the present moment, there's no anxiety about the past, no anxiety about the future. It's just what it is now - life, being, existing.
So, my daily practice is to bring my mind to the present moment, to the now, so I don't get lost in the labyrinths of tomorrow, which are so uncertain.
I also like when she talks about how we already have everything we need right now, we're full. Our consciousness is currently united with God, we just can't feel it because of the filters we have on.
One of the things I love the most is walking in the forest and connecting with nature. In those states, I've really felt this - something transcendent. I felt things I'd never felt before, like I was full, complete, and I didn't need anything at all, not even the feeling that I'm a soul that needs to evolve, reach somewhere, or any of those things. I was just infinitely happy existing in that moment, just as I was. There was nowhere to go, everything was PERFECT. I felt fulfilled, I didn't want to go anywhere. I had everything in that moment, I felt in pure harmony and absolute love with all beings, and everything made sense. There were no doubts, questions, just full happiness and love.
Seeing a little bird bathing in a puddle of water or a squirrel running up a tree made me incredibly happy, and I couldn't describe it. I felt like I transcended many layers and reached a state of being that was very fulfilling. It's also happened to me in the mountains.
But in the city, it's hard for me to reach those states, I don't know why.
From a young age, we're taught that we're not complete, that we're empty, that we need to have things, please others, achieve this and that. But when we have it, we realize we're still empty and sad, because fullness is a state of consciousness.
I've met people with a lot of money, living a dream life, and they're very unhappy, sometimes on the verge of suicide. I'm not saying this to judge them, but if we don't focus on the inside, no matter how hard we work on the physical, we won't reach the fullness of being.

Just want to comment, reading everyone's latest contributions that it feels as if we've all received a similar energetic download. The lessons seem to revolve around the power of now, opportunity, and the recognition of an eternal partner/reality. What a wonderful and amazing time this is. I feel the dawning of a new renaissance. A mass movement where more are waking up to-or stepping into their personal and actualized relationship with the One.

I really liked when she talked about the 5D stillness and the power of now. I've been reading a meditation book, and I also follow a channel by a guy who helps people with anxiety like me. Everything points to how our own mind plays against us when we're too focused on the future, with fear of what's to come. When you bring your mind to the present moment, there's no anxiety about the past, no anxiety about the future. It's just what it is now - life, being, existing.
So, my daily practice is to bring my mind to the present moment, to the now, so I don't get lost in the labyrinths of tomorrow, which are so uncertain.
I also like when she talks about how we already have everything we need right now, we're full. Our consciousness is currently united with God, we just can't feel it because of the filters we have on.
One of the things I love the most is walking in the forest and connecting with nature. In those states, I've really felt this - something transcendent. I felt things I'd never felt before, like I was full, complete, and I didn't need anything at all, not even the feeling that I'm a soul that needs to evolve, reach somewhere, or any of those things. I was just infinitely happy existing in that moment, just as I was. There was nowhere to go, everything was PERFECT. I felt fulfilled, I didn't want to go anywhere. I had everything in that moment, I felt in pure harmony and absolute love with all beings, and everything made sense. There were no doubts, questions, just full happiness and love.
Seeing a little bird bathing in a puddle of water or a squirrel running up a tree made me incredibly happy, and I couldn't describe it. I felt like I transcended many layers and reached a state of being that was very fulfilling. It's also happened to me in the mountains.
But in the city, it's hard for me to reach those states, I don't know why.
From a young age, we're taught that we're not complete, that we're empty, that we need to have things, please others, achieve this and that. But when we have it, we realize we're still empty and sad, because fullness is a state of consciousness.

Glad you liked the videos Tak. Yes, we all know these premises, but it's a nice synopsis which serves as a cohesive refresher. Yes, living in the now in stillness is so important, but can be a challenge, especially if one has a busy analytical mind.
What revs me up sometimes is injustice in the world, not just in my life but on a mass scale. That can pull me out of the "now" of living in the moment. But it's something I work on. I also think the level of ascension and to achieve higher vibration, one must transcend thinking like a traditional human in a "meat suit" that Danique speaks of. As we spiritually ascend we become increasingly independent thinkers, but in doing so we see everything. In doing this it is nearly impossible to be numb to injustice, immorality and humans treating one another in a horrible manner. If we are numb to this, then we are in 1D, 2D or 3D. Of course if we over think it we my dwell too much in the mind analysis of 4D. Of course the goal is to be mostly in the 5D and above states. So as much in life, balance is everything as dwelling too much on low energy/low vibrational human activity will just lower my vibration and progress. This is why I do my best to avoid watching the news or politics, though that has been a bit difficult of late due to all the insanity going on.
Animals, especially cats are masters of living in the moment, and we know how happy and evolved they are spiritually. As I always say, we have much to learn from them.
Yes, walking in nature is very important to me as well. Walking in a city does very little for me, as there is too much low vibrational energy there.
As far as money goes... I agree. It's nice to have so we don't stress about the costs of living, but there is a point where it becomes harmful. Just look at the billionaire Oligarchs in the US. Acquiring more $ and power becomes a disease, and depriving others of it feeds their ego that they feed on feeling better than everyone else and harming the masses. No matter how much $ they have, they are empty inside. They don't have a clue on what really matters, nor the meaning of existence. Someday they will learn, but it will not be in this 3D world. I know this is their path with their lessons, but from my standpoint, what a pathetic path it is. Danique calls these people "black hole beings" and close contact with them is best avoided. What an important video/message from JB Pritzker, Governor of Illinois. Yes, as rare as it is, a billionaire can be a [spiritual], empathetic, kind and an evolved person. His comments on these topics and his comments on fear and judgment are incredibly accurate and applicable to what we often talk about here. He also states that "the kindest person in the room, is often the smartest". I so agree with that. He also warns of just how awful and counterproductive using cruelty as a means of gaining power in a so called "advanced society". Unfortunately many (the current masses) find this alluring, and almost as if it is some bizarre form of entertainment, even though it is clearly not in their interest to do so. Many will say these are lessons for humanity to endure and learn from, which may be so. I am very thankful they are not my lessons.
With any luck we will be seeing more of JB Pritzker in the coming days. We need leaders of good character and deep spiritual or sincere (actual) religious beliefs. Nothing is worse than people "claiming" to be religious, but acting the opposite. Such hypocrisy. As Jesus warned, such actions will result in the response "I never knew you".

An interesting recent lecture by Dr. Joe Dispenza. There are so many theories out there. Western medicine will say it is either upbringing/environmental factors or genetics or a product of both. Traditional religion (Christianity) will say sometimes it is nature sometimes nurture, and sometimes there are dark forces at work. The Spiritual community seems split. Some believe in what Joe Dispenza discusses (darker forces) while others say there is no evil, and we incarnate with certain traits or life paths that sometimes is an unscrupulous one.

The lady in this video was told by doctors that the bladder cancer she had been diagnosed with was incurable and terminal. Not accepting it, she travelled to a "medicine-less hospital" in China to seek a healing by practitioners of the ZhiNeng QiGong medicine-less hospital. In this video, a CT scan technician displays the frozen image of the bladder tumour on the left of the screen, then next to it a live image of the bladder cancer to view as the healing took place for comparison purposes. The practitioners commence chanting in Chinese something similar to "not there, not there, not there........." which dispels the illusion of the bladder cancer. The tumour is thus very rapidly seen to dissolve completely, and the lady is pronounced healed. No disease or imperfection can appear in the physical Being without a mental equivalence, including cancer for example. So the basis of all permanent healing is to dispel the illusion of disease, and to restore harmony and balance with our natural state of Perfection.
