Setting up my Morning Schedule

Hello All and One,

I would like to ask for some advice on how I should set up my morning schedule during my break from school which is 60 days.

I would like to wake up at 6:00AM everyday. These are my morning activities:

Dream Journal, Meditation, Morning Run, Breathing/Posture Exercises, Washing my face

I am looking for recommendations on which order should I set this up?

I will wake up at 6 and definitely write down my dreams, first thing.
Then I can either go meditate or wash my face or go on my morning run.
Should I Meditate or Run First? This morning I meditated 30 min after I woke up because I wrote down my dreams and I had to use the bathroom amd wash my face.

I am meditating for Concentration and Deep physical relaxation in order to have the skills for psychic abilities and manifesation.

Today, after a 20 minute meditation, I went on a 30 minute run in order to also get my daily Sunlight. I will also be working on healing my poor eyesight through some alternative medicine exercises and it is recommended to do this in the morning.

I just want to order my schedule in a right manner because this schedule will aid personal development. After I am able to concentrate really well, I want to start astral projecting and learning how to heal with Universal Life Energy.

Thanks in advance to all who can help
I will appreciate any tips/advice

All of that sounds quite fine.  :)
Tailor it to your own distinct needs.

I would like to make one suggestion... well, more a comment really.
Writing down your dreams should happen not just in the morning, but at the very point that you wake up from any dream, be it in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning.  Reasoning being that if you wake up in the middle of the night and fall back asleep, unless you bring the memories of that dream firmly into the foreground of your memory, you will probably forget all about it.

Yeah, school break coming up soon. Maybe I should do something like this  :roll:
"Practice yourself, for heaven's sake, in little things, and thence proceed to greater."

What about breakfast? It's important.

Sometimes I workout before meditation, sometimes after. If I'm groggy and can't concentrate well, a good run after breakfast, a shower, and then meditation can do the job. But sometimes I meditate immediately after getting up. It depends.

A suggestion: you might want to change your pattern occasionally if it gets stagnant. Play around with it and see what feels best.

Hello Xanth, Blue, and Stookie :-)

Thank you for your responses.

@Xanth

I have been writing down my dreams for around a week now but they have not been very vivid. I will keep that advice in mind, especially if I have to take naps.

@BlueHalcyon

I am doing this because school is not distracting me from my spiritual work now :)
60 days of Freedom :)

@Stookie

I have ran without eating any breakfast and I would eat breakfast but the problem is I have to wait for the food to digest in order for me to run and if I wait for the food to digest, it will be like 8:00 AM and it will be extremely hot since I live in Florida. It will get to 85 to 90 degrees.

I will see if I can fit in breakfast before the run, but I would probably have to wait an hour to digest the breakfast unless I ate a really small breakfast.

Right now, I have failed to wake up at 6:00 AM every day and I have to break the habit of going to sleep at 12:00 AM. I want to keep a solid schedule of going to bed and waking up at the same time in order to have my meditations in sync.
I have also never astral projected before so I really want to achieve this as well.

Lightning

That looks like a nice schedule.

I'm more lazy  :-D

My morning plan involves just meditation, and then breakfast.
This fire that has gone out... in which direction from here has it gone?
