I've been meditating since I was roughly 14 and I started learning to project a few years later.

I am 32 and have been meditating on and off for years. Recently I got back into astral projection and a little dabbling in witchcraft.

I'm 21 and have been trying to AP since I was 13-14. Made a lot of energy work too. I quit, came back to it, quit again until a month and a half ago. Lately is the first time I gain such a good control over the experience, and this is due to my consistency.
