In your next lucid dream or astral projection go into the movie  a nightmare on elm street 4 by saying "i go into the movie a nightmare on elm street 4 now!".

I have a better idea , to go out of body and mess with ghost hunters .  When they set up there e.v.p. recorders I will tell them that I was human in my last life , but was really a grey alien  from Zeta Retlici (sory I am a bad speller) ((ghost hunters dont need to know that )) .  I could be a bit more serious ( not the star ) and give them an email adress , or name and phone # .   A responce would be interesting .   desert rat

im not a mod or anything zorg but the last couple posts i have seen from you should be taken down. reason being is that you are or could possibly be telling one of the new people to try this like it is fun... the astral can be scary enough without thinking of scary things. this is just my thoughts. and if you really thik about it nighmare on elm street has nothing on the things most of us have probably seen. but that is cuz we were ready for the situation. or just used to seeing strange things. our new people are not. there are steps to everything and when you start to control your LD"S the last thing they should think about is something scary.  anyways we are here to help not give bad ideas to new people.

Some of the posts have been moved to astral chat .   I think most people that have an intrest in lucid dreaming and  astral projection will do some reading , to get an idea of what is there , and how things work .From the kind of statements made from the o.p. of this thread he/she has not done much reading on the subject . My first thoughts were of some one on drugs , now I think there a young child .   To the o.p. of this thread , do some research .  There are tons of l.d. , a.p. methods out there, try a few see what happens .   desert rat
