I experienced same thing once. You should try just to sit on your bed with eyes opened until it stops (around two minutes for me)and it shouldn't come again.
yeah i get that sometimes but in a way i kinda like it cause its different :p it never gets all the way around though which annoys me... [}:)]
that spinny feeling happens all the time to me. it funny part is that i go into a daze and then i will refocus an i notice that what ever way i felt like i was spinning my eyyes would be.
like if i feel like i am spinnin counter-clock wise my eyes will be to the left but the real strange thing is that i never exp. clockwise spinning.
Sounds like vibrations to me, I still get them a while after I wake up, in class or when im having breakfast. I guess my body is trying to say I need more sleep :p
i get that feeling when i'm too drunk ^_^ it lessens if i go into a lotus meditative position and take a deep breath out and don't breath back in for a bit. then i slowly breath back in (shallow breaths) and it doesn't seem to get worse.
i've got no idea why it would happen outside of being drunk or influenced by some sort of drug, but i suggest seeing a doctor [:)]

In fact, I think it's my eyes that were automaticaly drifting towards the right.
I'll check in front of a mirror next time (if) it happens...
Anyway, the last time it happened was like 6 years ago... [|)]
Quite a few times I did experience some very annoying spinning sensations when lying down... It would feel like I was spinning on myself. I was kind of seeing the room starting to spin around me, even if it was not. Of course it was not a 360deg spin; it was like a 30deg spin repeating over and over and over... And it was to the point of making me dizzy; sea-sick like. Closing my eyes was making it stronger/worse. Standing up was stopping the sensation; but it's difficult to sleep in that position...
Anyone experienced something similar?
Any way to stop it?
