spirit guides

Hello everyone,

I have a very basic knowledge of astral projection and have not yet attempted it. but one part of the whole thing interests me the most and that is the entities that you can encounter specifically spirit guides and I have a few questions If I may.

1) is the spirit guide a being specifically associated with an individual? Or just a friendly being that finds the individual?
2) do you have to astral project in order to communicate with your guide?
3) how do you actually communicate with your spirit guide?

I do have many more questions as you can imagine but I don't want to ask too much as I'm sure you all get asked similar all the time

Hi and welcome to the Pulse.
Guides are entities associated with you and can be either. They were called invisible helpers a century ago and understand lots about you.
When you project they will be more accessible but you can ask questions while physical. They may help if you if you ask in many ways. Their discretion will be in your interests.
Communication is made through speech or thought while physical or a telepathic communication if your feelings are strong. In the non physical the way things work allow far greater details to be commumicated almost instantly.
You could sleep one night and have a dream like no other where lots of things playing on your mind are resolved. The options are vast. If you choose to learn the art you will find this out.
Its a long term commitment and will change you for the better.
