It works!! I set it on 4 hz and got multiple OBEs last night. I used the lack of seeing the flashing light through my eyelids to remind me that I'm not in my body anymore. After seeing it for a few minutes, its very noticable when its gone.

One OBE was just a pile of rocks, not very interesting. And then I held a sword and cut my astral body up into 3 pieces as an experiment. The best one was in this huge box with a jungle in it and a giant and a crazy monkey chasing me and later trying to kill me with that sword and a missile launcher. It was scary at the time, but I thanked the "negs" after it was over cause it was lots of fun.

Thanks for that mate, its appreciated, will tell you how it gets on after tonight, Did you say that you didnt even have to be looking at the screen? can I lay in bed across the room and it will still work?

Dont look at the screen. Its annoying to have one closed eye see it twice as bright. I moved a couch between me and my monitor so I could only see it on the ceiling and the wall.

Its a winamp AVS I made. You open it in "advanced visualization studio" which comes with winamp. The whole screen is always a single color. It gradually changes through a cycle of colors at a frequency you choose. You must tell it how many frames per second you get in full screen mode (see comment in file after you open), and should run it in full screen mode with the lights off. Its an alternative to binaural sound, and you dont have to wear headphones. I was able to go to sleep with this on, and could see a color change through my eyelids a little. You shouldnt be able to see the monitor from where you lay down (too bright in one direction). I dont remember what happened that night. maybe I set the frequency too low. With a little extra programming, a delay could be added so it comes on when you expect to be asleep, or any other timing.

file is attached

Post what happens if you use it.
