Well, it's a book for spiritual guidance and development.  I love the authors teachings, and the concentration and meditation exercises in this book work amazingly.  I think anyone interested in thinking and perceiving beyond the physical should give it a read.

The link provided is also a wonderful source for knowledge.  It's an e-lib (electronic library).  So there are more books.  They are all books that you can view and print for free.
