Also, remember that you are lucky to leave in that place because you will find manny books. In my country there is not almost anything! I have found only 2 books about it! And one of them its not good...very "mystical" and not aimed to obes, only to the magical and mystical aspect of it.

Robert Bruce books are sayd to be very good. I am always hearing that "astral Dynamics" from that aauthor (moderator in this forum) its really good. Thats not publicity because i never had the chance to read it (i leave in Portugal...  -_-...here you find nothing) and the people that say that the book is good are members (old and new ones).  

So, you should check for this book as a starting point.

People also says that Rober Monroe books are a must (again: i never read it because...you know!its Portugal!).
