Today's meditation

Well just casual conversation here. I was meditating today and towards the end of an hour long session I  start getting thoughts of a wire pyramid with crystal points wire wound something cobalt and electric current then eye of horris, a crook and an ankh and a few other things. After ending the session my nose started gushing blood. Was weird.

Has anyone heard of a combination of any of the above items before?

maybe it was hypnogogic images? I have heard of a nose bleed before, you might want to take it easy, was the whole session focusing on the third eye?

No not directly. Just listening to boxed nirvana and seeing what happens. Really trying to phase but I just go with the flow. But 90% of the time I do notice pressure and or something noticeable in the third eye area on almost all my meditations.

do you still get the nose bleeds or was it a one time thing? If you get them a lot you might want to try heart based meditations.

That's good! I think you will be OK. Sometimes weird things happen.
