Notice that when you have music playing, try dragging something across the room, a wooden chair, you need to have hard floor. It will sound in harmony with the music, maybe it's not the same note but it will be a note from the same scale. Cool isnt it?

I notice things like this too...

Any sound, if you concentrate, you can make it sound different. Different beats, pitch, volume, etc.

For example, if you concentrate on the sound of your bathroom fan, you may find it has 3 or more different beats going on, and you only hear the loudest until you concentrate. Then, you start hearing the 'background' melodies. After that, you need to concentrate again to find the first one you heard. After a while of doing this, concentrating on them, you start to drain out everything else.
Perhaps you could use this to clear your mind for an AP/OBE?

Also, if you hear someone tapping their feet, or a bird chirping, or your clock ticking, you can usually make it sound like the beat of a song. Or, if you have a song already in your head, nearly every sound will sound like that song.

I think you're right! I just haven't noticed all of that lately.

Yes, you can use that to Obe, once when they were building a construction on the side of my house it was extremely noisy and distrubing, we were going nuts, but I was able to transform the slams into music beats and then enter a trance deep enough to start an AP. Of course, it  took me hours to relax with my house crumbling down.
