I just did the same (lucid dreamign thing) [:P]
But right now i programmed it to tell me to send energy to my left pinky finger to see if that works. So far i can't feel any change.
Update: I've felt SOME tingling in my little finger, but that mgiht just be me concentrating on it for a brief time to see if i really can feel anything, even though i'm doing my best not to think about it.
I don't even know if it's meant to work either, i'm just testing [:D]
Awesome programe! hey, what's a good settings for it? i am trying 20ms settings every 5 seconds? any thoughts?
i have it flash for 2 milliseconds every 2 seconds. seems to work as long as i leave it on for a good while.
i didn't have any lucid dreams last night [:(] but then again, i didn't have it running for long before i went to bed.
well looks like it worked! sort of nearly got out after having the programe go for hours on end, i put the settings and 10ms every 5 seconds, good stuff[:D]

That seems too slow. And some other persons was too fast. Mine's at like 10 second intervals on 20ms. Seems right to me.

No lucid dream either. Although i did have a fun dream about aliens from mars attacking earth. The aliens were lego-men, and i was shooting them with some weird long thing.

you can program this program to flash words or pictures across your screen really quickly, so that you can't read it and process it with surface thoughts, but your subconscious can pick up on it right away.
the first thing i tried was the 'improving eyesight' preset. i ran it for about 30 minutes while i played some games and crap, and then i rode out to a nearby mall with my mom. on the way back i remember my vision suddenly starting to clear up slightly, and i saw buildings and signs distinctly clearer than i had on the way over.
my friend programmed it to make him have to pee, just joking around with it. he turned it on and forgot about it and he realized had to pee *really* badly in about 1 or 2 minutes.
i programmed it to get me to finish writing deneb, a midi file i started a while ago (i got a sort of writer's block, i guess, as it's a weird kind of spacey rock and it's hard to write for. i got sick of hearing it, i played it over and over so many times trying to add on), and after a few hours of the subliminal crap i actually *wanted* to go in and finish it, and i actually got a whole lot more done in a few minutes than i usually do in an hour! i think i might be able to wrap it up in a day or so now.
i just programmed it to tell me that i'm going to become lucid in my dreams. its flashing text at a rapid rate right now, as i type. i'll post tomorrow whether anything happens as far as lucid dreams go tonight. should be interesting [:D]
