Well, it's tough for someone to tell about their own experience with subliminal messages because it works at the subconcious level... But if you google subliminal messages you'll come up with a lot of information.
Our subconscious mind is the real driving force behind our physical existance. All behavious patterns, habits, personality traits, etc. are based in the subconscious. Also, the subconscious mind is very literal and will believe exactly what it is told without question.
If you have a particular behavious pattern that you want to change, the only way to change it is to get that information into the subconscious, and the best way to do that is through things like affirmations - constantly repeated thoughts, hypnosis or subliminal messages.
What they do is take the conscious mind out of the equation so that its not interfering at all with the message by trying to analyse it.

How would you even know you're getting the right message at all, being subliminal? I'd be afraid of getting strange commands! "Act stranger than normal';'Act stranger than normal'.... I can't imagine... :roll:
ok...but...does the subconscious manifest things into ur life??...like what adrian says in his newsletters??...has it worked for anyone here??
I have had some outcomes ,but in a mental level and nothing in the physical!...neway more light into this would be nice...thnx anyways!!
it sounds to me that we are very powerfull in soul form. I wonder why there is no evil out there, you would think with all the hate out there that it would manifest itself into something. I wonder if being good is a condition of the mind and not the body
hmmmm....well we r basically here to experience the various situations in this plane right??...so ur soul group has to have both evil and good experiences...be balanced and stuff....! so if thats the case, in the profound sense being evil is not wrong, u are just experiencing...!!!hmmmm.....
