What I did was get two posts I intended to post on in the first place and write them both out. Then, before I officially signed the second one and added all the color tags and such, I posted the first. Waiting like 60 seconds (it's a rule...) then posted number 2.
I'm not supersticious, I just don't want people poking at the number :X

Glad you made it past those numbers. [;)] Hey, I just passed 555 a little while ago and that didn't bother me a bit. [:)] I'll probably scoot quickly past the triple 6 like Squeek did (when I get there) for the same reason.

The .'s are annoying. If you can't post a message and leave it up so that the replies make sense, it might be a good idea to give people an idea as to why you deleted the message, rather than just having it pop up at the top of the forum blankly. Not to name any names, but I find .'s with a '[:)]' as the message even more annoying, as if the the person posting is mocking the confused reader.
Just my thoughts on such things.. Probably not that important..
Gathering that the original post was about getting up to 666 posts, I hit that mark a few days ago and then stopped posting for the rest of the day. [8D] It was when Allanon was giving his last few preaches. I bet he liked it.
