In my opinion, there are some great new movies coming out, here's a few of them of my personal list of films to see:

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
The sequel to the Golden Globe-nominated and AFI Award-winning The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, which grossed $350 million worldwide in its first two weeks of release, The Two Towers follows the continuing quest of Frodo Baggins (Elijah Wood) and the Fellowship that has joined together to destroy the One Ring and stand against the evil of the dark lord Sauron.

Gangs of New York
Director Martin Scorcese takes on historic New York City in this film, which examines--in full-blown drama--the formation of the opposing Irish and Italian immigrant groups which would come to be known as the New York mafia...

About Schmidt (2002) starring Jack Nicholson:
Warren Schmidt (Jack Nicholson) has arrived at several of life's crossroads all at the same time. To begin with, he is retiring from a lifetime of service as an actuary for Woodmen of the World Insurance Company, and he feels utterly adrift. Furthermore, his only daughter Jeannie (Hope Davis) is about to marry a boob. And his wife Helen (June Squibb) dies suddenly after 42 years of marriage.

Catch Me if You Can
Synopsis:
Oscar® nominee Leonardo Di Caprio ("What's Eating Gilbert Grape," "Titanic") and two-time Academy Award®-winner Tom Hanks ("Philadelphia," "Forrest Gump") engage in a game of cat and mouse in the real-life crime drama "Catch Me If You Can," under the direction of three-time Oscar® winner Steven Spielberg ("Saving Private Ryan," "Schindler's List")...
