Hi,
Just letting you know that Simple Spirit has been updated and now includes pic galleries, a blog section for you to write your ideas and easier navigation.  

It retains the original sections of sharing two simple methods to get into higher-awawreness levels and some of my own more interesting experiences.

It's free too.  LOL

So please use the blog section when you visit, I would like to get feedback and ideas from people, and , anything else you want to share there.
