i havent had a conscious projection yet, but i'm starting the 90-day program saturday. i'm not religious. buddha and jesus are examples of ancients who were very spiritual, imo at least, even though i'm neither buddhist or christian (neither buddha nor christ was trying to start a religion, it was their students).

this whole site is here to help people ap and answer questions about it. just look around the site.. on the downloads page there is a file called 'treatise on obe' that you can download. it's a little unorganized, and outdated by robert bruce's book, astral dynamics, but it goes into a lot of detail.

Ok, im new to the board, and I havent had time to read 25,000 posts, so if something has been talked about before, dont thrash me over it, eh? (no im not canadian). I got a few questions though, how many of you here have actually had an OBE, or can really manipulate your energy, can travel to the astral plane, etc. Secondly, how exactly do you go about doing each of those (dont just tell me lots of practice). Also, out of the believers of these things, who is religious? Does anyone have any theories on ancient peoples uses of these sort of techniques? I'll post my own opinions after reading up a bit.
