okay i am a rookie and i have tried attempting to astral project and even use the law of attraction,well and i am not too sure abt the results!!...well the little experiences i had could be cast away as my aberrations. well i wanted to believe in this astral so badly,that i might have somehow created those dreams of astral projcting(which was very hazy)...i hope u guys get what i mean...!!
so whats bothering me is if all this is just made up,the law of attraction thing just to beguile the masses into believing that their is a purpose behind everything!! ...well...and we getting choushed by these extraordinary claims of richness and happiness and fulfillment of desires.we just tend to put some money on all this stuff(the products ppl sell)...and voila those ppl earn millions by selling a fantasy!!..so can this be a con game??cos there are so many ppl selling their products online!!..all similar stuff!!...so if all these things were true, y not just give the secrets for free(i mean if they have the intention to enlighten masses)...and can always find means to attract wealth (if their teachings are true)..( 40$ is like 2000 rs..thats a persons salary for one mnth ..here).....if its free or  a lot cheaper....ppl in poorer economies can benefit(and dependent ppl(students)...whose parents are unwilling to splurge too much on things they dont believe..as in my case))
well , this mainly goes toward the documentary..THE SECRET...!if its such a life altering thing...y not just give it free, and try distributing it to evry person in every corner!!
So, this all could just be a con game to fool the gullible and get some easy money by giving the mass what they want to hear....get it??
anyway...i really dont want to hurt anybodies sentiments here.....this thing is just bothering me a bit...so just throwing some amount of skepticism

the secret cost only 5$ for viewing. I think this is not much at all. As for LOA you can read much about it for on the internet or even d/l via emule. So you can get it for free. Or borrow some books in library.

its not that there is the purpose behind everything but that we create our reality with our thoughts. If you dont believe in LOA it will attract those things to you that will strengthen your belief that it doesnt work.

Maybe you may like a bit different book. Its called Psycho-Cybernetics and it was written in 1960 by Dr. Maxwell Maltz. It doesnt really mentions LOA but the principles behind are the same. Its more psychologicaly oriented.

Blimey!  Cast them away if you see fit!  We might just create everything we experience.  Including physical reality.  Who knows.

the masses... !!!!  We are talking very small potatoes here.

OK Vivek, here's something for you.  

Take some time out to meditate and be at peace with yourself.  Listen to your 'inner voice' and see what it has to say.  Once you are happy that it is genuine, begin to trust it and live by your inner voice - not what ANYONE else says, including me.

And also realize that this process isn't easy. We (at least most of us) weren't raised in an atmosphere that endorses this kind of thing. It takes time - but it will pay off. Changes will happen.
