That's so funny!!!  I just gave a speech relating to that helmet about 3 weeks ago.  

In my opinion and experience, a stupid helmet, no matter how sophisticated it might seem can do squat regarding telepathy.  You can lock yourself up in a lead room and throw away the combination and you would still transmit and receive telepathic messages.  Your mind is your link to everyone and everything, it is how we know what we know and no matter how you try, you can not break that link.

I found this http://www.stopabductions.com it has on there a helmet which stops telepathy. Dunno if it works but it may be worth a try.
