Hi just found this site :)

[Spirisense]

Hi everyone. I just found this site and it's incredible. I can see myself spending looong hours reading here. I had one weird experience but I'm not sure if it's astral projection or not (I hope it is). Anyway, all I remember is one time, I was practicing astral projection almost everyday. But the basics...you know, relaxation, breathing, clearing the mind etc. Then one evening, I'm lying in my bed and I go throgh all those things and eventually fall asleep. Thing is, I guess I fell asleep by accident body AND mind, but then for some reason, the next thing I know is I'm sitting on the edge of my bed facing the window and I can se in the corner of my eyes my body lying beside me. I stand up and as soon as I do, I'm in a different place. I'm inside a building...like an abandoned warehouse and the windows are letting the sunlight through. I climb up to the windows and step outside and now I'm in a village of some sorts. There are people around me. I remember this father holding his little daughter's hand and she's holding a baloon. It looked like they were having a good time. Things were REALLY clear and I could even read the street sign (but forgot it when I woke up). Well eventually things started to get hazy and blurry and before I knew it I was opening my eyes in my bed from my REAL body. So ...I woke up. Whatever it was, it was a nice experience

well that's it from me...a weird li'l introduction to myself lol.
