Ive been seeing some wierd things at night...

It was probably just a curious spirit, but since it didn't expect you to be awake, it was frightened, a freind of mine had a similir experiance, but the creature he saw was black and seemed evil.

He was in bed just looking around, but then his dog started to growl and he looked at the enternce to his room, about the size of his dog (its a small dog) was a black creature with glowing eyes, when my friend caught sight of it, it froze, stared for a moment and then ran down the hall, he asked his parents if they had heard or saw something since they were still watching TV in the living room, but they hadn't.

I've looked at my arms and hands through my eyelids as well.. It looked pretty much like you described!  I've seen this one tall guy a couple of times, that instead of being kinda grey in the middle and outlined with silver, his whole body had what looked like a galaxy, full of these little twinkling stars, he had no facial features though.

Yep.[^]  I recall no features..ie, eyes, nose, mouth, just a outline of a tall man, full of sparkling stars.  Then again I wasn't really checking him out..[]

If you feel ill at ease with any entity that comes into your presence, especially in your house, before you start shielding, be firm and tell the entity to leave. If your not sure that your intuition or gut feelings are completely accurate, try and allow your curiosity to overcome your fear and find out what the entity wants. Don't assume that the being is hostile. Also remember that you have free will. Spirit entities cannot harm you unless you allow them to. If you don't feel right in their presence, just say no. It really is that easy.

If your first course of action is to shield in such situations, your allowing yourself to react with fear. 99% of spirit entities should not be feared, and the other 1% most people, even mediums, are not likely to encounter. You hear stories written by Robert Bruce and others of meetings with rather nasty entities, but remember that Robert is an explorer - and by profession has a tendancy to go places he possibly shouldn't.

In the physical world we have much more power than spirits do. Don't let the paranoid notions of popular media and hype keep you from the possibility of learning to interact with the spirit world.

Building and playing with bioenergy is a lot like walking around in the dark with a flashlight.  Entities can sense you from a lot farther away than you can sense them.  Don't be suprised that you have attracted something.

On one particularly "up" night I saw a veritable zoo running around my house.  I suspect they were mostly astral wildlife, with one exception, which most defintaely was a benign spirit that semed a little suprised when I spoke to it (it "ran").

I guess I should have said that I felt nothing menacing from this being, infact each time I saw him, I got the distinct feeling it was my husband.  Which really had me confused, guess it still does.[]

I believe it was Jeff Mash that said to me, that it could have been a "part" of my husband, one of his higherselves if you will..  Which makes sense, seeing how I have always thought him to be my angel and even though he really isn't into all the metephysical stuff, when he does speak about it, it is so profound..[]  

I've been teasing him for 9yrs now, about being a soul whom has had more incarnations than myself, because of his attitude towards such things.  It's like he has already learned this and is just here for me..to help me along, in his quiet sort of way. []

i have been having the exact same experiences for awhile now too. on certain nights after i close my eyes to go to sleep i can see my room exactly how it would be but everything is colored differently, more brightly and i can also see the outlines of my arms and what not. usually nights that this happens i wake up with the impression that there is something in my room and i will have sleep paralysis. the last time it happened i was frozen in my bed and could only open one eye at a time but could also only see the two walls in my room and not into the middle, i knew there were two beings standing there staring at me but wouldnt let me see them i also felt they were very tall but maybe not the same height. im so happy i found this website i have honestly thought i have been slowly losing my mind for the past nine months but everything strange that i have been experiencing other people have felt too, its really comforting. also when i am out or at work and get the feeling that something is there that i just cant see, i will close my eyes and can see light from where the pressence would be maybe you should try that.

May I ask you what you felt when you saw this tall being? Aside from the fact that you were freaked out to start with..[]  Once I got past being freaked that someone was in my room, I found myself not quite as scared as I thought originally..

well i was kinda weirded out because it wasnt something that normally would happen to me in my sleep, but i wasnt afraid or anything it was just different. the impression that i got was that they couldnt let me see them or i would be really freaked out but wanted their pressence to be known.

This didn't happen at night, but instead, late morning.
    I awoke to see a metallic gold orb about the size of a soft ball hovering about three inches from my nose, vibrating up and down.The orb had a gold ring around it, reminiscent of the type around saturn without the color.
    It had a very robotic feel to it, it almost made me wonder if it were some sort of spying alien/astral device.That sounds a bit weird, but that was what came to my mind via intuition.
    After I blinked my eyes a couple of times, it was gone.

Lately when i would go to bed at night,  i would notice that i could see through my eyelids almost right away. I would be able to look around the room alittle bit also. I would notice the vcr light also with my eyes closed. About 4 nights ago as i as laying down on my back, i moved my arm in front of me and i saw it for a split second. It was like a white energy outline and it was mostly shaded in white too. One half was brighter then the other though, i saw my hand also when that happened. Last night when i had my eyes closed i saw this wierd white orb thing, im not sure exactly what happened but i remmeber thinking, this is what the orb i saw a few years ago looked like and i saw it perfectly, i opened my eyes and as i opened my eyes i saw this thing speed away with this wierd bright flash behind it.
