Channeled insights about my past life

My feeling about my past life is that I was successful, wealthy, confident, handsome man who grew up in a supporting loving environment and led a life of abundance and pleasure. The problem was, however, that I took most of these things for granted and I never understood people who were quiet and shy. Probably I even ridiculed and looked down on some of them .
With experience the soul becomes wiser and more resourceful in karmic effects it comes up with to inflict on its next coming incarnation. Karma is just actions undertaken by soul who desires to balance out the aggregate experience and to become truly 'prudent'.

I consider myself to be an old soul so my karmic 'punishments' for myself are more psychological (unlike more physical karmic effects which younger souls are characterized by) that strike right in the heart of the main flaws of the previous incarnation(s).

In this lifetime unsupportive parents, highly stressful environment among primarily young souls that do not share values that I hold most true. Severe social anxiety follows; inability to adapt to social environments, financial struggle. Fruitless pursuit of dream goals that would 'reveal' my true confident self hidden deep down under the pile of lifetime accumulated insecurities. That's my main lesson in this life to walk a mile in shoes of those which I did not understand and marginalized in the previous one

Most people walk around unknowingly running into repeating scenarios in their lives never recognizing the karmic effect which they designed for themselves.

That's what I came up with while meditating on my previous lifetime. What do you guys think? Does it sound like a bunch of gibberish or may hold some truth?
