Hello everyone!

I'm new to the astral pulse community. I have been reading up on Astral Projection for just over a year now. As a child I experienced a plethora of sleep issues, including sleep paralysis. After researching sleep paralysis I stumbled upon AP. Now, I have a huge amount of questions to ask, and I was wondering if someone would be willing to pm me back and forth and answer them. There are too many to list here haha. Thanks!
