Good morning / Evening and im sure Night for some,

I believe im (now) the newest board member and I thought this might be a good opportunity to outline why im here. I have a very strong interest in understanding the mind and learning as much possible information as I possibly can.

I have been recently interested in Astral Projection, ive listened to numerous stories. I believe I have a very open mind when it comes to the extraordinary (anything is possible). Recently hearing from Randy Winters about the Billy Meier's story, alot of the things that he mentions all seem to fit the many puzzles and questions ive had into one big clear picture.

Thats what has sparked my primary interest in Astral Projection as Billy was introduced to these techniques to unlock this unforseen past/future.

So ive looked up techniques and my first few trials were hopeless. Primarily because i was in a meditative position (seated, legs crossed, deep long breathing etc.) and found it very difficult to relax.

Now lastnight, i decided to lay down, hands to my side, relaxing my whole body, deep long breaths, after these breaths i tried to focus on my relaxed breathing, after deep concentration and just entering a state of pure relaxation (or so it felt - my breathing almost stopped) it started to feel like my head, was actually vibrating... now.. from the video's ive seen there are many who speak of the 'body' vibrating, but not mentioning what felt to me like my brain. It started off like a weak vibration, but then it got heavier and i was kind of worried (but i still remained relax to see if it produced any positive outcome) cause im not sure if thats a normal experience during relaxation whilst trying to enter this state of mind.

I really am determined, its actually my primary focus, i plan on practicing everynight from this day forward :D

Just looking for anyone's advice, im not sure if this is this right thread to start my topic but maybe a mod can move it if i misplaced it.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help :)

Your crown chakra on the top of your head, or remote projection interface, or energy center, how ever you'd wish to term it, assists you with projecting. Its stimulation can be felt by a buzzing in your head, in fact it can get to the point where it will feel like your skull will crack or explode. This is all normal, so don't be alarmed.

Yin, you are a godsend, i very much appreciate your reply. I'd just never heard of anyone's 'brain vibrating' (or so it felt) when they speak of astral projection experiences/techniques, and as the vibration got heavier i got worried and stopped. i guess it is normal.

Going to practice again tonight, hopefully with a positive outcome :)

Thanks again sir.

Yeah, anything that happens do not be alarmed, you will have to get use to many strange occurrences and all manner of odd things that your brain tries to interpret. Realize this though, everything you experience is coming from within you naturally, you will never "hurt" yourself, as that would be rather unproductive no?

your absolutely right, i do understand this, but such things that we're not used to experiencing, and not knowing what to expect kind of worried me at the time, but aslong as i know that this is somewhat normal then i might keep my experiences updated on this thread :)

thanks for the positive and definitive response :)

You just need to ease yourself into the process and progress as much as you can. If you get scared, come back to it and conquer it.

Hi Romantix, just remember nothing is going to hurt you here and with each attempt you may find something new and different, and the next time will be normal for you. Please come back and share your experiences we look forward to hearing from you.
