At one time I was on Paxil CR, WellButrin, Remeron, and Effexor.  Every one affected me Metaphysically, although in different ways.

In my opinion, if your having anxiety issues enough to need meds to sleep, there is no way you can conciously OB.  OB/AP takes a modicum of self confidence, and if you have unresolved anxiety issues you may not be able to hit and hold the states you need to do it.

Your time may be better spent turning inward to resolve you anxiety issue first, before attempting to turn outward to OB/AP.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

well, i already resolved my anxiety actually. i can go without the medicine fine, and am way past it, my doctar still thinks i should take it though, even though i dont need it anymore. its a complicated issue actually, but as of now my doctar lowered my dose, and i told him i wanna get off soon, and he said i need to ween myself off of it or else il feel sick. when i stop the medicine, il definantly post to tell you if im doing better without it.

hey, i just thought about something. ive been taking the anti-anxiety pill celexa for years. i take 20 milligrams before i sleep. i dont know if any of you know anything about this medicine, but do you think it has effects on my astral projection ability? i never even thought about the possibility, but any chemicals you put into your body can potentially effect your abiltiy to AP right? well if anyone knows anything about this drug, or any similar (like lexipro) medicines used to treat anxiety disorders could you please let me know? thanks bye.
