Hi Turlock,

Welcome to the Astral Pulse! There have been a number of topics and posts on this subject. People report different degrees of success. Some people swear by the cds, others criticize the use calling it a crutch. In my view, everyone is different, and if the cds help then they should be utilized until one can do without them.

There have been a number of tapes/cds reviewed by members involving: The Monroe Institue's Wave series; Awakened Minds cd(s); Brain Sync; BrainWave Generator; and others. The best advice I can give would be to use our search engine at the top of the page and type in brainwave entrainment. There have been quite a few posts even just in the last year on this and the other cds I mentioned.

ive tried a few online ones--they seemed to work for me :p but i suppose it would depend on the person like Nick said. It was fun playing around with them though..i accedently forgot to turn off the energy blaster one and i had it on for like 45 mins...wow was i hyper after that.... []
