Trouble reaching SP, please help

I have been having trouble reaching sleep paralysis for a little while now and I'm not quite sure why. I've tried every time frame morning, afternoon, and night as well as my old techniques and some new ones as well. I can't quite put my finger on why it's been so troublesome all of a sudden, and each time it doesn't work I seem to become more doubtful of myself although trying to maintain a positive outlook on it. If anybody has any specific ways that they achieve SP or any sort of advice for me at all I would very much appreciate it.

You don't need to aim for SP to get nonphysical. But my advice for you is to nap prior to inducing it. So to do it on a night have a short nap an hour or so before actually attempting it. more often than not a pre-sleep is an essential ingredient for experiencing SP.

I also agree with Bedeekin. This is the best way for experiencing SP.
