AP Noise

Hi!

When I have vibrations, than it's more a noise from inside. Those feel like some energetic erruptions that I can't compare to the usual acustic noise. Can't really share my OBE, coz haven't had a good one yet (although trying hard) but eager to hear some from others ))

There is a lot written about astral vision, but personally my astral hearing is much more developed.  My astral hearing often opens up before I OBE.

Learn not to react to the sounds, they cannot harm you, though they will try hard to distract you.  Be a passive observer, just like with any other stimulus in meditation.

heard a sound that , to me, sounded like along sheet of paper being torn in half.

I never have aural (ie. sounds) sensations.
Mine tend to be pseudo-physical series of elecric shock type of thing.

For me, once I'm out, the dominant sensations are peace and calmness.

My experience:

I heard a roar or a extremely powerful rush of wind while trying to AP. It scared me and I quickly opened my eyes but seen nothing but darkness, like I was in a black void. Then I closed my eyes again and opened them and I could then see my room (which I was in). I'm wondering if anyone knows what the noise was or if they have ever experienced it themselves?

I would also like to hear about what it's like when you sucessfully leave you body.
