Yeah that's because the address in my sig screwed up somehow and the .ca was removed. LoL
It's fixed now... so once my new site gets back up and running it should work again.

This is a great book Ryan. I just realized that I had already read it about two months ago but did not access the link from your sight. I have to say first of all, that I am not a big fan of people reading a ton of literature about Astral Projecting before they have actually achieved one intentionally.
The reason being is that many books weave a lot of terminologies from different belief systems as well as confuse the reader with many different techniques and metaphors that all boil down to the same thing: Slow your breathing and mind while turning your attention away from the physical world or reality.
That's it. It's really as easy as it sounds. I realize though, that no one will understand that until they have done a ton of hard work and practice.
If your book had been around in 1998, I would have saved myself a ton of anxiety. I would have realized that I was not doing anything that conflicted with my old belief system and would not have "wasted" so many years in fear of silliness.
If anybody is new to the idea of Astral Projection and only wants to read a clear and concise blueprint on how to achieve their first OOBE, look no further.
