I find that bringing on the vibes is dependent on how stressed you are from daily activities, sleep needs, relaxation, meditation time, phase of the moon. What is different from when you were able to bring them on?
if u dont rush things and let them flow naturaly it should work. i cant really talk though as i havnt managed an OBE yet. i have managed vibrations though.

Last year about this time I seemed to be able to bring the vibrational state on very easily, allmost at will. Even though I did not leave my body, the fact that I could bring on this state was enough for me then, because I felt as though it was just a matter of time before I left my body. Now, I can't achieve that state. What happenned? I'm doing the same thing that I did last year, but nothing happens. Did I get over-confident?
