Welcome moontingle! You sound very interesting and i look forward to reading more of your posts.
I haven't visited any of those sacred sites, but once i can project well enough i do plan to visit those and more.
Welcome to the forums Moontingle. I wish you luck with your novel. [:D]
Welcome to the boards moontingle. I've never been to a sacred site, have you? If so, where? What was it like?
Got ya! Topic title was a teaser ...(what can I say, I was in the advertising biz, once.)
Do you think that makes it ok to lie to us? I'll give you a $100 bill FREE (only pay $150 shipping and handling), with the purchase of this post.
Beavis,
Stop overreacting! It was not a lie, it was a clever hook, and a relevent one once she explained it appropriately.
Your annoyance is not warranted at all. If you are only joking about what you wrote, you did a poor job of presenting it as humor.
James.
Hehehehe.. I will not say what I was thinking for the new, warm, tingly experience! [;)]
Nay
Thank you for not sharing that with us Nay.
I'm sure however that if you really do feel the need to tell someone about it there would be a few forums that you could go to. Just do a Google search and use the words: forum, Black & Decker, rubber bands, kitchen table, latex gloves and feathers, and I'm sure you'll find the right site. [:D]
[:)]James.
James, it is an overreaction if it was just about this post, but most advertisers anger me with their "clever hooks", such as "required parts excluded" in small print in a car commercial. Its not technically a lie, but it is meant to make me think the price is lower than it really is.

Made me think of when I was 7 and the new puppy climbed into my bed when I was asleep.

welcome to the forums, moontingle !
Are your great grandmothers native american ?

Got ya! Topic title was a teaser ...(what can I say, I was in the advertising biz, once.) The "experience" is all about meeting a new member of Astral Pulse. Taking a cue from Lady Eowyn, I'd first like to say Namaste and welcome to you, Lady, and introduce myself. I've been lurking around the site and forums for a couple of weeks, posting here and there, but am new to all this, too. I believe a proper introduction is in order.
Greetings! Much light to you all. I come at all of this metaphysical stuff from a Native American approach, a shamanic approach. I'm a writer who is reaching back to the 1700's and tracking the lives of my great-grandmothers for a historical novel. I'd like to thank Robert Bruce and his associates for this site, because since I hit on it, my life is ascending in a delightful way. The visits I am having with my oldest grandmother have been amazing and the information is rushing in. In fact, with this site and other undertakings, the big task is not to become overwhelmed by all there is to learn about.
PS. Ever visited a sacred site? Stonehenge, Uluru, Ancient Medicine Wheels, Angel Falls, Jim Morrison's grave in Paris (kidding!)? Old Tibetan saying: A day spent at a sacred site is equal to 1,000 days of meditation.
In Spirit, Moontingle
