Your post is a bit vague (not that I should call anyone vague) but here are a few general tips:
1. Try using music, its worth a try, or at least 2
2. Try opening windows, get lots of fresh air
3. Try meditating when you first wake up, and when you are about to go to sleep
4. Make sure beforehand you are totally content, not hungry, thirsty, or need to pee or anything
5. Try burning incese

the incense might work i have alot of that, im very glad for your reply good day to ya shadowatcher[|)]
i also have a tendency to get into a trance watching tv, its pretty bad too because sometimes ill even jerk as if i was haveing a a siezure, its like im in the movie, but anyways do you think tv might help also? depending on whats on right? hope ffor reply
Tv never helps me. Its distracting, especially the commercials.
what should i do in becoming a better meditater? i know i should clear my mind but everytime i try there is someone always interupting me in my moment of meditation, so when i do get the time i cant really concentrate because of earlier disturbances, what can i do to prevent this, and i need some better techniques other than concentration on my breath. thanx[:D]
