I was reading on the internet that should you put a glass of water in your room it helps absorbed negativity, I figure it may help me with all this random dream crap I have been having, instead it made it worse anyone ever have something that was suppose to help you actually work in reverse ?
Often a work in what appears to be 'reverse' is actually proof that you are indeed clearing the air. The negativity has to show itself in order for the water to absord it.
I how ever do not want to see it, iam trying to get it out of my mind not put it into my mind or awareness that can actually cause more mental damage not help it...

It will keep banging on your door until you pay attention to it and find out why are you creating it. If you keep ignoring it and do not analyze it, the bangs will get louder. Things don't happen TO you. You are the creator of what you observe. You need to understand what is the lesson you have set up on a higher level to learn. What beliefs do you have that are manifesting various events. Examine them and understand that our journey is ever changing and beliefs do not have to stay the same forever, you can change your perspective, change your beliefs and trigger different experiences.
