Title: weird things occurring when i try to ap

So weird things have been happening when i try to ap its kinda getting worse im not sure why... Things in my room are being moved loud enough that i come out of my meditating state to wonder who or what is in my room...?  Last night i had my keys fall off my desk in my room and then when i close my eyes i also see weird things on the back of my eye lids kind of like when thoughts creep into your mind except they are fast and they are always of things watching me...:/  Anyone help??

I can guess at a few things .  You may of attracted some kind of astral being , a ghost or astral elemental , ect. Fear on your part could have created a thought form that is moving the keys , or you have some kind of p.k. moving the keys .  If it is fear , work through it .  desert rat

If your being watched.thats usually a good thing.
Think about if it was bad, would it just watch? No!
I've not seen anything scarey so do the best thing. That's ask them for help. You wouldn't believe the amount of help you could get by simply asking. Think loudly, they'll understand very clearly.

so this could be my Guide so to speak or a helper??? see but the thing is i have always had this feeling something was there... Always and it has usually just been like i feel there is someone watching or something present.  But when i started to ap it just has gotten different.. It has been more active and how should i aprouch him or her??

Hi,
Before you make an attempt, say out loud you'd like help to get out and be shown what needs to be lerned.
Then wile trying and you feel their presence think out loud you want their help acknowledging you feel their presence. Think what would help you or even a scene where they can help without you being worried. They can be invisible if you wish or take some acceptable form.
Its worth a good few attempts, the more familiar you are with the presented feelings, the better the transition. Eventually you'll succeed.
Don't be scared at all, theres no point.
Enjoy the experience, it will feel good too.
