Also, at one point during the entire hour and a half time frame, I was going in and out of it. I didn't have a sense of time.

At one point though, it felt like somethign was sucking or pulling on me. I was like "huh? Is this some sort of psychic attack? What's goign on!?"

So, I just tried to think "love..." and feel it, and it felt like it flared up and sucked ut of me, causing the thing to stop, or die down some. I don't know what it was.

Well, uh, that's when I started teh projection attempt described above.

Cool experience Risu.  Whenever I have waking paralysis I feel like I'm convulsing in my bed trying to move, I need to get a camera so I can see if I'm actually moving, hehe.

I think Robert Bruce is wrong about that. Newbies should go as far out in astral and do as much as they can right away.

Well, I was having a difficult morning today, I just went back to bed rather than go to school. Thursdays are bad days for me school wise. Easy classes, mean teachers.

Anway! My story!

I was listening to C2CAM (w/GN) this morning, and his guest was Sylvia Brown. Well, one caller called up and said he's lost the connection with his guide and if she had tips. She said "hey, honey, just imagine a beach or something in your mind and her coming out the shadows. That's all it takes."

So, I was laying in bad at about 7:20 this morning, and I figured I'd try that. I started asking questions, and started getting answers. I don't know if the answers were from my own mind or from my guides, but, eh. I think I have two or three, if they were my guides.

Well, I was asking if people could fly if they worked with energy enough, and they said no. I then asked if people could lift themselves telepathically (basically flying) and they said yes... (or I did, I'm not sure). So, I figured they (or me) were playing semantics. (Even though my question was "to a regular person, would it like flying?")

Well, I started asking "could" questions, then I caught my wording. I rephrased them all as "would."

One of them being "would you help me have out of body experiences."

Well, I started to drift to sleep (at least my body did) while doing this. I started to get vibrations, and boy howdy, did I get them. Again and again, different intensities.

At one point I even heard some woman screaming or something. Well, they built, then they just kinda  petered out... Not a sudden stop.

Well, I ended up at some crazy school place with people, but I wasn't sure if it was a dream or the actual astral, so I went back to my body to  try again.

Well, I tried to imagine myself being out. I was getting good images, but I don't know if I was out of my body or not. I had to pee, right? So, I for some reason, imagine myself going to the restroom (not peeing on my floor, but actually walking/heading to the restroom). Well, I got vivid images that looked real as I got there, I even hit my head (??) on a cabinet and it hurt. Well, I get into the bathroom, and think "why did I think myself here? Get back to the body and pee with that."

Well, I turn around and go back to my room, then I think, hey, I was just looking at my copy of Astral Dynamics the other day to answer that other question. Let's try this "Astral Feedback" thing. Well, I did, and all of a sudden WHOOM! Intense feeligns of something... I don't know, as soon I felt they wre intense, and my vision started to flip, I just merged the things, then I tried to wake up.

Well, I opened my eyes, but I had paralysis! I could move my lips (same thing I could do last time I had sleep paralysis. Weird).

Well, I tried to get up, but I wouldn't move at all. Tried to my my arms, nothing.

For some reason, though, my left leg was moving like nothing was wrong. That pulled the rest of my body out of it real quick. Then I went pee and wrote about my experience here.
