Obviously I dont know your personal situation, but hoping everything will end so your next life can begin is very bad karma dude.    :-)

Ones next life will more than likely be even worse if that is ones attitude...

It's still too early to say our planetary future is in dire straits. And if anythings going to help us out, it's probably technology. I was reading an article earlier today about a compressed air powered car. Our bad financial situations could be a blessing in disguise, taking power away from corporate conglomerates and more into the hands of the little guy. Maybe even force us away from materialism and over-consumption. It depends on how many are willing to go without their luxuries. For me, a simple life is welcome. To others, it's torture.

AmbientSound

Good way to look at it. There's always something to do, and wherever there's a will, there's a way. I hope this financial crisis will teach people a thing or two about over-consumption and over-indulgence.

It would be fascinating to know the mechanical details of the air-powered car. There are also cars that run on water, allegedly. I would like to find blueprints for one of those.

kurai kokoro

Yeah I saw that Too but just think, Compressed Air and Fire Creates Plasma which burns realy hot, And If you want a good power source then I've got one for you.

Take a Diamond about the size of a computer monitor and attach it to the top of a hallow pillar and put a Multi spectrume solar panel in the cavity, this would create a shape that resembles an egg.
after all that attach it to a sort of transformer which distributes the new solar electricity among a Power gride, It should output more energy then a single nucler reactor because it absorbs all spectrums of light.

H20 powered cars........

Water powered cars have been played with for a very long time. Here in Oz hundreds of people have been building and experimenting with their own Fuel Cells to harvest Hydrogen from water. One guy attempted to sell conversion kits but got hit very hard by the government who told him he could not sell them to people, yet he could show them how to build their own or even give them one to use, lol.

The biggest drawback to this technology is the cost of required extras like Stainless Steel induction and exhaust sytems, etc that are extremely expensive for the average Joe to buy. Some Japanese auto manufacturers are about to sell Fuel Cell powered vehicles in their local market as of next year, Honda being the main one.

Planetary future.......

Stookie, I disagree that it is too soon to say our planetary future is in dire straits. In fact, I firmly think we have gone past the critical time when we were able to reduce the long term effects, and I have thought this since back in the 90's. Whatever we do now is unfashionably late in the big scheme of things, and any measures taken will have less effect than it is hoped only because the observations of change show things are really speeding up to incredible proportions.

At the same time though, we should know similar things have occured many times on this little blue world, so, much of it is very natural for the Earth in her massive cycles. Humans have added about 10% to the overall 100% of the planetary ecosystem, which under any observation is a fairly major amount to adjust a natural system by and hope to not see it effecting things in our time.

Now to the Financial Crisis.....

I'm amazed how many people I hear saying how this will not effect us where we live in Australia because we are so far from anywhere!!! And this is said by supposedly intelligent human beings in their middle age!!

For many years I have watched how things have been going in the world, seen the indicators showing our direction, and also spent a lot of time learning about the overall patterns of human conduct here. What I found was surprising, we can easily see the events that lead us to major War, etc. Since the mid 90's I've observed the same processes in play as we slowly build our armoury up in order to go play Soldier in a big way. This is happening in every country on the planet, as each one spends increasingly more money on all things military.... so one has to ask are we in schedule?

The financial crisis is something I knew many years ago would come as part of an agenda to disempower the populace further, to force us to stay still and accept reduced freedoms in exchange for our government saving us..... which is not what the agenda is offering in reality.

Over the next two years we will see the crisis deepen into a major depression worldwide. I've "seen" that we will be fortunate to eat most days, as food will be scarce, paper money will be worthless, and our freedom will be gone, seriously gone as we give our last ounce of power away to our governments.

Personally I would like to see it happen differently, but I trust the visions I've been shown over the years because they do come to fruition in their own time.

What is important about all this is; not to focus on the perception of doom and gloom! It is a false perception of events that must happen for this current Mindset of "Might is right" to come to its natural conclusion so that humanity will not need to experience any more of it in the distant future.

This Mindset has been running for over 10,000 years and so it must be allowed to decline and go out with a Bang if the New Seeds within us are to take hold and grow in a healthy way for us to create a society on worldwide proportions based on Equality for all human beings.

Isn't this bringing in the Seeds of the New, part of why we the Souls chose to incarnate at this awesome time? We are meant to grow and become the higher-self we really are, but to be that here in this 3D in a very real and aware way.

If not, then it means I am crazy. And I can live with that, lol.

The times ahead will be tough, there is no doubt about that. There is no doubt that Obama's victory in yesterday's election will herald many positive changes for America. He has shown more intelligence than Bush and I agree with many of his ideas. However, he will have to rely heavily on his advisers to make up for his lack of military and foreign policy experience. Entering into the position of President while the nation is caught up in a financial (and general) downward spiral is no easy task. It's too bad that Bush isn't even being held accountable for his crimes. After all the harm he has done to the U.S. and the world, he's getting away without so much as a slap on the wrist. It is infuriating to think about.

Unfortunately, Obama is going to have to focus on military and financial matters during at least the first year of his term to stabilize everything. The extent of the damage done by Bush and his cronies is severe, perhaps even irreversible in some ways. This isn't really about money. It's about our ethics and values as a country. This is about why some corporations continue to flourish at the expense of ordinary people, while other businesses fail, even those with humanity's best interests at heart, and why big businesses get bailed out of their mistakes, while we pay for them without receiving the same benefit.

kurai kokoro

See bush is a child in a middleaged man he only wanted to be president so he could have the world as his own personal playground, if you ask me we all probably should have voted for gore but then again I don't vote, if something bad happins to this country I don't want to feel guilty because of it being "my fault" Also I'm not that good at making desicions and I don't keep up with current afairs, now back to the topic at hand.

That's quite true, but there's a lot more to it than that. Cheney was the one running everything. He is former CEO of Haliburton. What is more profitable for a weapons manufacturer than war? Bush comes from big oil money, so invading an oil-rich country profits them both. How convenient.

It is reasons like these that make it necessary to render the economy obsolete through technology. This is the only way that we can permanently take power away from individuals like Bush and Cheney and evenly distribute it amongst all people everywhere in the world.

Anyway, you- and anyone, really- should still vote (just my opinion), you can get information from the people around you and compare it to whatever you read.

kurai kokoro

well my beliefs usually get in the way, And I prefer to do what I want when I want withen reason of course, besides I don't like to be told to do something I realy don't want to do with Idel threats against my "freedom".

You can do whatever you want, it's your life. I just think it's important to vote (and take personal responsibility for whatever power one has to make any kind of difference) in order to maintain the integrity of the system (or what's left of it) and the well-being of anyone potentially affected by their actions. This is my opinion, but you are entitled to your own.

kurai kokoro

as are you and I respect that, but it's too late now, so I guess next year or so I'll just sign up for the stupid thing.
