Hi i'm new,i had a ob weeks ago and seen a blue portal twisting up towards the ceiling mad thing was my wife had a dream seen me flying over her in the room smiling,it was my first out.anyone ever go trought the same,is it astral i was nearly doing ,am i close.I have used all the usual stuff ,energy stuff etc to get out it really helps me to be more aware during the day too.tks guy for your feed back.

I do AP to go to places that I would never, at least not yet, go to in my physical body.
You can learn things in the astral and will retain that information when you come back to your body.
