Carrier wave out of the body

I've been playing with the exit stage of separation, trying to get just to the point of exit and go back and forth. Doing it with my eyes open is very strange, everything around me that I see with physical eyes deforms pulling towards a single point. There seems to be this bouncy carrier wave entering my head that I tune into or out of and this is the source of the vibrations that most get, it's accompanied by a high pitch ringing. It's very strange. All I need to do is focus on the feeling and I can pull myself to it or push it away. If I pull it too much then I'll exit... But what I've been doing is just trying to sit in the middle of it all, this is where the vibrations are most intense, but they're not fully body vibrations like they used to be. I see that they're not even part of me.

The vibrations between worlds. I don't know what any of this means.

I guess the strange thing to me is I'm not even in a deep trance I'm almost fully conscious.
