I just have a question.. What do you think I should read first. New energy waves or Astral Dynamics?

Try the NEW energy ways tutorial first :-). Then if that works well for you (it does for most with a little application) then buy/borrow Astral Dynamics :-)

Certainly if cost is an issue then, by all means, read the download. However, if you can afford to buy a copy of Astral Dynamics, then that would be the way to go in my opinion.

Robert Bruce does a thorough job of taking the reader step-by-step in the book, There is also a lot more important detail given on NEW and OBE/AP in the book.
