Hello m0d0, welcome to the forums!  Wonderful story you shared.  Reminded me of a story my father told me when he was young and sitting in church, the right wall of the church melted away and was replaced by a dirt road and a man walking towards him, in a long robe.  He still doesn't know what it meant, but he will never forget it, nor will I.  Geez..why doens't stuff like that happen to me?..Hehehe.

Greetings everyone. Just thought i would say a big HELLO! (Sorry if i've posted this in the wrong topic, but i couldnt find a GENERAL topic area)

I just found this site and have been reading some of the various articles. I have always had an interest in the Astral projection and beyond and this site is a blessing.

I'm not a religous person myself. I do believe i a higher being but i align myself with no earthly religion. However i was brought up in a born again christian family. The reason i mention this is because when i was a child and used to attend church and i remember seeing beams of energy (purple, and green colours mostly) when the people of that church worshipped. The beams would channel through the person leading the worship and distribute randomly through the crowd. I never knew what it was, and for a long time i put it down to an over active imagination. Needless to say it was enough to keep me from being bored.

These beams stopped around about the time i moved into Adolescence.

I was just wondering if anyone could provide an explaniation or a theory on what those beams were.
