Apperition that looks like childs baby doll. What is it ?

Has anyone ever seen a Spirit that looks like a child's baby doll in the face.  I mean oval in shape with sunk in eyes and large dimples.  Transparent in color also.  I had my bedroom door opened and awoke a saw this figure standing in the doorway looking at me.  It was not a case of Sleep Paralysis either as a chill went up my spine when I saw it.  I looked away and after looking back to confirm it's presence it was still there but faded away.  It was only visible from the waist up and I have since read apparitions appear waste up often.  I never heard this before and I have a very active imagination and could certainly create an apparition in a period piece clothing or more dramatic then this appeared.  At first I thought this must have been a hallucination but am not so sure as I have paranormal activity in my home.  Has anyone seen this being before or have any ideas.  Thanks.
