Greetings Jeff,

Of course we remember you; how could we ever forget [:D]

Welcome back, and I hope you can find the time to stick around this time [:)] Things have moved on since you were lat here, a couple of thousand new members and over 6000 posts per month. Many of the original member from the early days are still here and will no doubt also be pleased to see your return [:)]

I hope everything goes well with the wedding, that is quite some wife you will have there [:D] I am sure you will find the right time to tell her about your OBE experiences.

Welcome back, and there are many new members here who can benefit from your experience.

With best regards,

Adrian.

Thanks Adrian and Wisp.  Like I said, I am going to try and make every effort to come in here.  You guys and gals mean a lot to me.

I will be gone for a couple weeks though for my Honeymoon.  After that, hopefully things will be calm at my job and I'll be able to surf through the thousands of messages that get posted here!
Keep smiling,

Hey, Jeff. Welcome back!

Why is it that you feel you cannot share this part of your life with her? I remember the post on this but I do not remember the reason why you could not tell her. If you feel like talking about it now that is.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

Hi Jeff,

We haven't traded posts. I arrived last Spring after you took a little time off. I wanted to say that while reading past "sticky" threads in the Astral Consciousness forum, I've come across some of your posts. I got a good feeling from them, and am looking forward to hearing more from you. Also, congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

Very best,

and congratulations on your wedding...hope everything goes really well.

ps - Last time I saw you here, I think you were a couple of hundred posts ahead of me... heh heh. "once, i was the learner...now, i am the master" (darth vader).

unfortunately, i can't say that quote applies to me and obe's yet !

The reason why I didn't say anything to her about my astral experiences was twofold.  One, because they are a deeply meaningful experience for me, and I didn't want her skepticism to possibly turn me off to her, or think differently about her.

Second of all, in all relationships, it's good to have something that's "just your own."  I often see my OBE's in this fashion.....their something that I am learning to master and use to further my spiritual walk in this lifetime.  Perhaps once I get a little more proficient in my OBE skills, I will feel strong enough to tell her about these experiences.

That's it in a nutshell.  In the meantime, there is enough astral travel literature all over my house to give the average person a HINT about what I am into.  I just don't know when I will come right out and say that I actually have these experiences yet.

Hey there everyone.....

Not sure if most of you remember me but I was a regular poster here in the not too distant past.  Ahhh, the good old days, when I used to see my name amongst the top 10 posters!

I just thought I would fill you in on a couple of things.  One, I'm still alive.  As many of you know, I run a popular humor site called MyJokeMail.com, and that's been keeping me real busy lately.  If it wasn't such a popular site, I would give it up and come here full time!

I'm also getting married in....gulp...seven days.  Many of you may remember the turmoil I was having about whether or not to tell my fiancee about my OBE's.  Well, surprise surprise, I STILL haven't told her anything!  I'm sure I will at some point though.  Here is a recent pic of us though at my 10-year High School reunion:

In regards to my astral experiences, as most of you have experienced, there seems to be dry spells that come over us.  I was in one for a while, but I think I may be coming out of it now.  A lot of my recent experiences have been about me taking things slow again....not trying to explore, but simply sitting down on the floor, and breathing in the astral air.....You know, just taking in the environment.  Funny how even small little things like that can completely blow your mind when you're "out."

So that's my life in a nutshell.  I miss all of you guys who I used to chat with, and I will try to make an effort to come in here more.  If any of you ever need to reach me, I am always available at jeff@myjokemail.com.  I just find it hard to come here sometimes because I want to spend all my time reading the messages and I never have the time.  Heck, I don't even have time to read my own message board on my own site!

Miss you all.....
