Does this question seem a bit peculiar or silly? Well humor me, if you would. If you do this deed for me here is what I would do with the money.
1. Invest in eco-friendly technologies such as cars that run off of vapor, and products (paper, plastics ect.) made out of hemp.
2. Dedicate my life towards advancing my spiritual progress.
3. Learn Chinese Mandarin or maybe Sanskrit (You decide)
4. Open up a record label that would sign artists to create new beautiful music recorded with the old standard tuning frequency of 432 hz. This music would be designed to heal and promote inner peace and love.
5. Be forever grateful to the person who helped me. Gratitude is golden.
I live in New Jersey by the way, so I will need the numbers for the NJ lottery, and I will need the numbers a week in advance the actual drawing so I may purchase a ticket. This is not a joke. I am serious. I really want to help the world but am not in the position to do so. With your help I may be able to make a difference.

You would be far better off learning to AP yourself.
When you do you will find a world full of distractions unparalleled.
You will then need to discover the 'way' to the 'area' where this information can be found.
How long this takes you, will depend on how soon you can learn not to be distracted by everything that there is to distract you.
When you eventual see through the distractions and find the place where this information can be accessed, you will discover that there is no need to win the lotto as you are more useful to the world you want to help by engaging with that place and uploading/downloading information which is the Real Gold.
I was sold on #3. Unfortunately however, the chances of getting relevant, detailed information of the future through AP vary from slim to none.

I tried learning sanskrit once. Didnt get much farther than the vowels. I figured there were better uses of my time.

Well I know I'd pick Chinese Mandarin for myself since I'd love to visit China one day, and it's a modern language so I would've gone with that.

Well if you were to do what i described in my opening post I would learn chinese, then I would personally teach you the language while you and me visited china over some real chinese food.

I've already tried and was unsuccessful. I might try again though and attempt to see probable potentials. I think OOBEs are capable of opening up the doors to precognition besides telepathy. Here's an excerpt of an OOBE where I tried to see "future" lottery numbers for the first time. The trouble is that you may end up scanning many possible futures and doing nothing more than wild guessing. Still, Nostradamus seems to have been accurate about many things... :-D

I have investigated this a little myself, as well;
[....] I headed up to the ceiling to go outside and bounced back down to the floor. I stood up and looked at my body under the blankets and saw my wife sitting there watching TV. I tried going out the wall and got out but then noticed that I was back in the room and seeing everything rotated sideways. Next I shot out the window and that worked well and soon I was out flying around. I shot way high and thought "I go to the place where the lottery numbers are" and I began flying through a mist and then I emerged near a large river and an island with a large red brick building that was there and next to it a huge, black Egyptian mummy case that looked like it was made of carved onyx. I got a funny feeling about it and veered off and just kept flying around. I was having fun with it and put my arms out like a kid pretending to be an airplane or a bird. Then I pulled them in to my side and wondered if that would make me go faster.

Yes, sometimes we don't get what we
ask for. I have often wondered if stray thought after our "wishes" has something to do with diversions and random/irrelevant locations. Perhaps Robert Monroe was right when he said that the "navigation" system in the OOBE condition is of an accuracy that we are not used to. Too accurate! So accurate that the slightest stray thought will lead us astray. And of course, we then run out of time because, after all, it is the Phase state and the name is very appropriate...it's a phase of experience.

Last summer i was obsessed with viewing the future lotto #'s. I tried a few times for the mega millions and on one occasion actually got half of the numbers right.. (won like 7 bucks..). coincidence? who knows. . .
