hey sorry for asking so many questions but im interested :)

are the CD's worth it ? to AP ? and are there any free downloads you know of ?

and could anyone give me a detailed explanation of how THEY astral project ?

Who is 'they'?

If you mean binaural beats, you can run a search in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The search button is your friend. Or can be.

Any CD's that claim they can give you instant astral projection
