I FINALLY finished Astral Dynamics! It took me ages to get through 530 pages, but I did it :)

I remember I was pretty sad when I finished it...I mean, it was a super great book and finishing it was rather...I don't know but I certainly wasn't happy...But on the other hand I felt I knew much more about the astral and all....

I think I'm going to try the Astral Dynamics Workbook I downloaded here.
There's THAT many pages? Oy... that's even bigger than this other book I got. If this NEW stuff works for me I'll probably buy a book, it's really great of Robert Bruce to give out free knowledge like that.

Yep, it's actually longer than that if you count the glossary and bibliography. Huge and complex but full of information. It's like a reference book to keep on your desk. When you run into a problem, you can look it up in Astral Dynamics and see suggestions on how to deal with it.
I haven't read his other books, so I can only recommend starting with Astral Dynamics. It's been enormously helpful for me.
How many off you have had OOBEs before?
I've astral travelled alot and would like someone I can talk to about it, at least here you don't know who I am, and probly won't think I'm nuts :P

I have astrally projected a handful of times, but only for very brief periods of time (seconds), and only spontaneously. I'm not sure if I would be much help, but you can PM me if you'd like.
