Hi David,

Sounds as if you've found a very interesting place....especially because it 'feels like home' to you. The fact that you've connected with that *feel* is terrific. Being able to Feel people, places and communications in the nonphysical is important for understanding and learning all about the nonphysical.

From my experience visiting and using the 3D blackness, I'm not sure if your black room is the same. When you say room, does it feel to you as if there are corners, a floor and a ceiling surrounding you---or perhaps you labeled it such when young for lack of a better way to describe it (I'd have done the same at that age)? With the 3D blackness there's a look and especially a feel of incomprehensible vastness and depth...and many describe experiencing various textures such as velvety, a graininess, sparkly...with odd areas that stand out from the black vastness that are actually portals (tunnels). I've perceived tunnels leading from the 3D blackness and have also traveled along tunnels without being in the 3D black....so hey, I see no reason why one couldn't travel that way to it. I just don't want to interpret your unique experience for you. Perhaps the best way to find out is to go to your black room and try a few things, such as ask if anyone is there and pay attention to any thoughts, feelings, images that come to you. A technique I love using when I don't seem to be getting enough info to understand where I am or what's going on, is to *let the image go (your black room) and ask for better understanding*. This forces that area of consciousness/mind, which perceives and interprets for us, to work harder. If you begin to feel/sense or 'see' things changing or appearing around you (and you're still not clear on what and where), let it go again asking for better understanding until what you have remains fixed, so to speak. Any assumptions, fears, beliefs we have can block perception...and the best way to get beyond all that, in time, is to continue exploring, placing intent, working with techniques to open perception more and more.

When I first began hearing about the 3D blackness it took awhile for me to realize that I had actually been visiting the palce for a long time and never knew what it was or what to do there. And it had a distinct 'feel' to it, David.....a place that has always 'felt like home' in many respects. I can go there and just literally float and become sooooo relaxed and utterly blissful. It feels as if *I Know* it well and I don't have a good understanding of why----but that's the nature of exploring---never stops being amazing!

Hope this helps and much love,

Ginny

(It is a good thing I am fast or I would have lost this one.  Thank you for the copy function.)

Ginny,

Thank you for the responce.  I use the word room because I had nothing else to call it, as you said.  But from what I can remember, since it has been a while since I have been there, there were never any difinable dimensions.  The only thing was that there was a floor, or rather there was a floor when I felt like walking.
I can not describe it any better than endless and dark, darker than any darkness.  It was almost as if light could not exist there.  But there were at time images, verious thing, but mostly a reacurring image of a wooden door.  The door and frame was there a lot, but the door was always locked, and honestly I never thought to just go around it even though it did not appear to be connected to any thing like a wall.

Since it has been a while since I was there last I am suddenly finding it difficult to return.  Could just be antisipation or that I am trying too hard now.  But I am not worried.  I believe that since I know my destination and how to get there I will soon be back on a familiar road.

I often post different things up not so much for interpitation but for similarities and ideas.  I know in the end  every one must decide for themselves what they are experiencing.  But being the Libra that I am I like to get as many different angles on an idea as I can before trying to formulate an answer.  It is my nature.

I have had yet another sudden revelation which has caused some questions about this 3D-Blackness you guys and gals have been talking about.  I went back over the material that has already been posted but I still have a few questions.

A little history first.

It is possible that I have been experienceing this for years, since age 10, maybe younger.  I would often lay down to sleep and after a few minutes the room would change a little and I would find myslef being pulled down a tunnel.  In the tunnel there is often orbs, but I always had the notion they were planets.  They range in color but mostly are dark, black, purple, blue, and various other shades.  The tunnel effect would eventually disapate and I would find myself in a large, seemingly endless, black room.  I would spent massive amounts of time just walking around, kinda exploring the dark, before having enough of it and some what forcing myself to fall asleep.  I always found this black room to be very comforting, which is why I would spend some time there before sleep.

Now a friend of mine who is familiar with projection told me that he almost always begins his ventures from a place he kind created and kinda found.  He uses this place to store things.  He caled it some thing like his "astral home" or some thing like that.  He asked about mine and all I could tell him was about this big, black room.  I figured that it was my "astral house" because I end up there so often.  He thought that it was odd that a person would have a place like that as thier "astral home" and that it did not contain anything.  But the only thing I could say in responce was that it "felt like home."

Now I have a physical trick to force this tunnel effect which always ends in the black room.  But my questions are these.

-Does the black room I end up in fit with the 3D-Blackness effect?
-Should I try to apply intent while there?
-Has any one else had this tunnel effect prior to the blackness or is it usually after?
-If normally after, any comments on why I get it before?
-Any other feed back?
