A Breath Counting Deal

The deal is when you are trying to drift off into F10 or F12,

On only the beat of your exhales,

count 1 through 10 in this fashion,

1 2 3 4..8 9 10 9 8...4 3 2 3 4...8 9 10 9 8...etc.

Not mine, just resonating it from deep within the records here. Quite Smashing.
