I don't know if this is related to astralling but...
I would sleep and not have a dream about anything.
I'd see nothing and stuff but I'd just feel like I'm falling and feel like i landed on my bed and would wake up as soon as i land...
could someone explain that to me?
I've experienced a similar thing few times too, I think that it's just low energy astral projection or symptoms of trance, but I am not sure.

ok.....so......ive gone to sleep and instantly woke up like 7 hours later and not had a dream is that what your talking about, because i hate it when that happens...
