Does that sound familiar to anyone?
No.. but it sounds **FABULOUS** darling!! :-D
I ended up getting very nervous so I decided to slip back down into a dream state. I've been reading that just before a successful OBE you may find your self very nervous and afraid, I may have triggered the fear from that, but I am pretty comfortable and confident during my LDs, so this was something new. *I think
Ok... I was being silly.. because you said it was 'pink'.
When you say 'nervous and afraid' do you mean when we talk about Sleep Paralysis?
No, I am very comfortable with SP. I am not sure why I got nervous, maybe I am nervous about experiencing an OBE. I was fully aware as I became lucid just before I jumped.
But it was pink, but not like hello kitty pink lol
lol

It's probably likely then. I see what you mean.
A lot of people do get a nervous fear when speedily ascending into the sky. Oliver Fox in his book 'Astral Projection' mentions this a few times.
Sam-You sounds like a master of your lucid dreams, there is very little difference between the two so you should not worry. In fact, you have probably had many experiences that I would classify as OOB yet you may not distinguish a difference. That's fine. There really is no benefit to try and force a difference between dreams and OOBE's anyhow.
